On a hillside amidst the beautiful cognac vineyards of south Charente this lovely private house forms part of a former vineyard property. A perfect hideaway for a relaxing visit, the 120m2 house is spacious, peaceful and ideally placed for exploring this lovely region.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The house is located on a property that includes two units, including mine. The garden and its many species of plants make it a true haven of peace... I make the second house, the facilities, and the amenities available to visitors. On the agenda: swimming pool, barbecue, ping pong and a game of darts! 30 minutes from Angoulême and 45 minutes from Cognac. Close to shops and the N10, less than 10 minutes away.
