Comfy, clean and peaceful. Great 1 night stay for a nearby family celebration. Jules kept in touch beforehandand we appreciated the stress-free stay. Great coffee too, and thoughtful provsion of bread, butter and milk meant we had breakfast before leaving. Many thanks!

Well, what an amazing apartment, it most definitely did not disappoint! Located within the heart of central Manchester City, great restaurants and shopping outlets , all in walking distance. It’s exactly what it says on the tin. The amenities in the apartment were outstanding with great fixtures. The host was very helpful and responded speedily to my queries. I’ll definitely patronise him again

Fantastic place to stay in the heart of MCR! Right on the doorstep of the canal, a stones throw away from central, Northern Quater and Ancoats. Amazing reccomendations from the host and a quick guided tour round Kampus. Definitely would recommend and stay again if I ever get the chance!

Very responsive and friendly host. The place looks like the photos. Easy check-in. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. It’d be great to have amenities like shampoo, rinse and body wash provided and some other facilities get fixed. The glassdoor of the one of the bedrooms was detached and almost fell off, but wasn’t a big deal for us since we don’t use it. Overall worth the price.

We stayed at Hongkai’s for the Manchester marathon with our toddler. The place was clean, spacious, and had lots of little bits that made life easier with a little one, such as a high chair, toys, books, blackout curtains, even the ducks across the road made for good entertainment. Hongkai’s communication was exceptional and check in was flawless. Couldn’t have asked for more!

really nice flat to stay at an really good price. It is nicely decorated. Ellie is a great host. I couldn't find the apartment due to my misunderstanding. however Ellie gave clear instructions to where we the apartment was. Ellie was quick responding. Will definitely recommend this accommodation and will definitely be booking this when I'm in the area next time. no issues at all.

Easy access, excellent location close to shops and public transport, easy to communicate with host

Zoe was absolutely amazing. Anything I asked or needed help with she was always very responsive. Zoe sent great instructions and information to access the apartment. The apartment was beautiful, all amenities there to make use of, tea, coffee, toiletries etc. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and tidy. It is close to restaurants, convenience stores, coffee shops and pubs. Would definitely recommend this place.

Both the place and the host were remarkable!! The instructions for checking in couldn’t have been simpler which is often a bit of a nightmare when you sign up for visiting a metropolis, so Olly’s effort to a guide and walkthrough were unmatched! So friendly and responsive. The place was really well presented and if you’re lucky to visit in beautiful weather you get a lovely skyline view with a sunset !

Emma was a really helpful host, Super responsive and answered any questions really quickly, The property was lovely, nice and quiet, bonus about the parking and the guys really felt at home. Thanks for having us.

loved staying here, we loved the art and the vibe of the flat. the location was excellent. plenty of local food and drink right on your doorstep. caroline’s husband came by and he was very nice. really enjoyed the kitchen, all appliances very clean. would highly recommend!

Wow wow wow! What an amazing place to stay. Beautifully historic but with a modern touch to it and so spacious! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to family/friends. Jane was a very helpful host with offering recommendations on places to eat nearby too. Would really recommend The Swan Inn. The only downside is the 10am check out policy (we felt this was quite early).

Thanks to the landlord‘s assistance, he gave us a good impression when we first came to Manchester to settle down. He answered many of my questions and responded to my questions quickly. The room is tenths large, the room is very warm, and it is very convenient to go to the supermarket, and it is only a 30-minute walk to the city centre.

Exactly as described. The flat was very comfortable and clean and we have a great stay. They hot tub was a highlight but it did get dirty towards the end of our stay, probably because everyone in the building was using it, it it didn’t bother us at all. We would 100% stay there again, great value for money in a great location.

The air BnB was in such a good location and was very spacious with great amenities! The hot tub was fabulous and beds super comfy! We had a great time!
