Vacation rentals with a patio in Wyandotte County

I had a great stay here! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured. I noticed a few previous reviews mentioning things like linens or supplies, but during my stay everything was fresh, well-stocked, and clearly taken care of. The bed was super comfortable, the location felt safe and convenient, and I appreciated all the thoughtful touches. The laundry room isn't the most glamorous, but it was convenient, worked just fine, and got the job done. It’s obvious the host really cares about the guest experience. I’d definitely come back!

The location was perfect, with the public library, parks, and shopping nearby. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Shawn and their property highly enough.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay! The beds were so comfy and the apartment was very cute and fit our needs just right. Fred was incredibly responsive and helpful, would certainly recommend.

The place was great. Lance thought of all the little details including q tips and earplugs. Comfy beds and nice quiet neighborhood.

Absolutely loved this place! It was exactly as described, and you can tell Chris put a lot of care and thought into every detail. The home was beautiful, full of charm and character. Whenever I had a question, Chris responded immediately, which made the stay even better. While it’s not within walking distance of shops or restaurants, the peaceful setting more than made up for it—and it was still close to everything we wanted to do. I’ll definitely be back!

We loved being a little outside the city. Very peaceful place with a quick drive to the action. Clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, loved the patio. Would stay again!

Ashley is an outstanding and communicative host willing to offer wonderful suggestions upon request. This location is fantastic in accessing the city and all it's many great locales. Of note, this location is walking distance to Q39, Meshuggah bagels and other great bars and restaurants. I would be happy to stay here in the future.

We loved our stay at “our blue house” as my 3 year old called it! The house was clean and more than accommodating! The hosts did a beautiful job and were very responsive! It’s centrally located so everything was easy to get to!

It was a wonderful place to stay. The house was spacious with 3 lovely bedrooms. I really loved the fact that I was so close to Shawnee so I could visit with my grandchildren and they could come and stay with me on weekends. I would highly recommend this place for others and I hope to come back and rent it again soon! Thank You

Carrie’s home exactly fit our needs. It was easily accessible to our plans for the weekend. It was clean and quiet. We had a great stay and we recommend anyone coming in to the Lenexa area take advantage of staying here. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

This is a very amazing home thats offer space for everyone on their trip. The basement down stairs is a nice private addition that really makes it worth it! Cash was very helpful and attentive host during our trip ! I would highly recommend looking into any rentals that he offers!

Great place to stay for our spring break trip to Kansas City!

Emily was very responsive and accommodating! Her home was beautiful and very clean, which made us feel right at home. It is located in a very quiet area, but just a short drive from downtown restaurants. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the area!

We stayed for a month to spend time with family. The location was perfect. A quick ten minute ride and we could be anywhere we wanted. Brought our lab and the area was safe and easy to walk him daily. Several different park areas were nearby. We really had almost anything we needed. Brandon and Callie were quite responsive to any questions that came up. We had a great visit and can’t wait to go back!

Everything was as described. No surprises. David was extremely responsive. House was perfect for our family.

Had a great stay at Sage’s place. I was in KC for a clinical rotation at a local hospital, so I needed a comfortable and safe place to stay on a student budget. Sage’s place fit the bill and then some. It was immaculately clean, the bed was comfortable, and Sage went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my stay including a desk with printer and super-fast wifi so I could do homework. Absolutely would stay again.

This place was the perfect location and was exactly as described by the host. The host was responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions on building entrance, check-in/check-out instructions, and a couple other things that were helpful to know. The location was in a perfect place - great proximity to the Plaza and the Nelson-Atkins Museum, while also being close enough to downtown without being in the thick of downtown. The space was beautifully done and had everything we could need.

The condo was lovely! We were thankful for all the cozy blankets as the weather was chillier than we anticipated. The beds were comfy and the futons/pullout couch were sufficient. DoorDash & UberEats found the condo with no trouble at all. I recommend bringing an eye mask to sleep with if you are in the king room - the outside lights are really bright. Shing-Haw was always quick to respond. This condo was a great experience for our budget!

Bliss. The pretty street, lush with mature trees, sets the vibe. The entry instructions are clear and easy. The apartment is welcoming and has great flow. The thing that elevates it, though, is Adam, the host. I had to get out of an alternate situation in a hurry on a blistering hot day. Adam initially mentioned that once the AC got up to speed, I'd be golden. But as an afterthought he traveled to the apartment and turned it full blast himself. That, my friends, is top notch hosting. Between that and his thoughtful and prompt responses (with diagrams!) I quickly got the feeling I was staying in the home of an old friend, though of course I have never met the gent. This is hosting as only the gods can do it. Thanks Adam.

I will certainly want to stay here again. It's a beautiful space. The kitchen is well stocked. One of the things I judge a airbnb on is the quality the kitchen knives. There six very sharp knives. It looks out on Oak. It's very quiet due to the double pain windows. The main wall is 60 percent windows, so there's lot's of great light. Comfy bed--firm but soft. Great bedding. I didn't need it, but I tried the HVAC system, and it's robust. There are two ceiling fans. I had some friends over to chat about old times. They stayed six hours--I think because the place is so inviting. One friend fondly remembered buying a nickel bag in the pine trees across the street, circa 1973. The Nelson is amazing, and keeps getting better.

Wonderful place in a great neighborhood!

Stayed here with family for a couple nights. Good location as close to airport and near to old San Juan. Safe neighborhood. Everything clean and as listed. Nice view of the city from 7th floor as well.
