Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Wyandotte County

Stayed for a 3 night volleyball tournament and it was so accessible to everything downtown by walking or riding the trolley. The space was so clean and comfy, felt right at home. Very secure building with security guards on duty at all hours. Little bummed the basketball court wasn't accessible or the workout area, but my boys spent many hours playing pool and air hockey when given the chance. Also utilized the 24hr snack / bakery area that was also in-house. Would absolutely recommend and stay again when in KC.

Place was super cute and close to many, many things. Easy to get to and in and out of. Everything was well kept and clean. Host communicated fast and all instructions were simple and clear.

The location was great and there was plenty of room! Also, the apartment was very safe and there building’s security people were very helpful when I got confused with navigation in the building due to the construction.

Loved this rental and will be back! Clean, great location, super comfortable bed and nice shower with good pressure. Hosts were great with communication and the rental had everything we needed plus more. Thank you for a great stay!

Melanie is a great host. Easy to communicate and always ready to help. She is awesome! The place is great for short and long term stays. It comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is good, easy access to main roads. Stores, markets and restaurants are near by. Neighborhood is safe, no concerns or issues. Assigned parking spot, washer/dryer, 2 floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a patio to chill makes this place great. I enjoyed staying here and recommend to anyone looking for a place in KC.

The location is wonderful. You can see the Nelson Atkins museum grounds from the East-facing windows. Loved the TV in the bedroom too.

Had a great stay at Sage’s place. I was in KC for a clinical rotation at a local hospital, so I needed a comfortable and safe place to stay on a student budget. Sage’s place fit the bill and then some. It was immaculately clean, the bed was comfortable, and Sage went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my stay including a desk with printer and super-fast wifi so I could do homework. Absolutely would stay again.

This place was the perfect location and was exactly as described by the host. The host was responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions on building entrance, check-in/check-out instructions, and a couple other things that were helpful to know. The location was in a perfect place - great proximity to the Plaza and the Nelson-Atkins Museum, while also being close enough to downtown without being in the thick of downtown. The space was beautifully done and had everything we could need.

Neda was a fantastic host and was always quick to respond when I messaged. The condo was exactly as described and was the perfect location for a getaway in KC!!

I will certainly want to stay here again. It's a beautiful space. The kitchen is well stocked. One of the things I judge a airbnb on is the quality the kitchen knives. There six very sharp knives. It looks out on Oak. It's very quiet due to the double pain windows. The main wall is 60 percent windows, so there's lot's of great light. Comfy bed--firm but soft. Great bedding. I didn't need it, but I tried the HVAC system, and it's robust. There are two ceiling fans. I had some friends over to chat about old times. They stayed six hours--I think because the place is so inviting. One friend fondly remembered buying a nickel bag in the pine trees across the street, circa 1973. The Nelson is amazing, and keeps getting better.

As described, easy to get into, and a perfect location central to restaurants and bars we wanted to visit. 10/10 would recommend.

Wonderful place to stay with stylish colorful furnishings, as well as a very cozy private nook with a giant 80” 4k smart tv and colorful lights, peaceful and eye catching greenery surrounding the back yard with a huge back deck stocked with a table chairs a trash bin as well as a high end flat top gas grill to cook whatever dinner you can think of. Nickolas was extremely responsive, helpful, periodically checking in to see if your stay is going as well as you’d like as well as always providing a list of local attractions and entertainment available. 10 out of 5 stars, definitely worth every penny if you’re looking for the perfect place to stay.

Everything in Jenna’s place was top-of-the-line. The appliances were all new top-of-the-line. Everything was exactly as described living room furniture top-of-the-line beds top-of-the-line I look forward to hopefully staying there again thank you
