An amazing stay, 5 stars without a doubt. The location is perfect, situated in a very peaceful area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The accommodation had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions we had. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway. My family and I are extremely happy with the experience. What a great place! Very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen, convention to 5Cs. Tom and Pris made us feel right at home and were great about replying in a timely manner. I hope I have the opportunity to stay again!

We’ve stayed in 4 Lake Arrowhead Airbnbs in the last two years and this was our favorite. It was immaculate (cleanliness is something I have very high standards for). It was well decorated and cozy—we particularly loved the comfortable couch and the gas fireplace. The secret kids room was a huge hit with my three-year-old who didn’t unpack a single toy or book we brought with us and it was very convenient that they had a pack and play (and a slumber pod even though we didn’t end up using it—the rooms get pretty dark and my toddler no longer needs it pitch black). The welcome gift with a personalized message, s’mores kit and hot cocoa was a really nice touch. We didn’t need a single thing while we were there so we didn’t touch base with Natalie much but we left our toddler’s pillow behind and even after check out she was very responsive and helpful. Super easy walk to the lake trail and close to the village and brewery. Great enclosed yard for pets. We loved every minute of our stay!

Communication with Hugo was the seller for me. Hugo communicated quickly and was also flexible with our check-in and stay. Definitely recommend

My family had a great, week-long stay at Princess's house in Upland. The home is spacious, clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt totally safe. This house is a great option for visiting the 5cs which are just a short drive away. If you need anything, Princess is very friendly and responsive. We had no issues at all and were very happy. We hope to stay here again! Highly recommended!

Ingrid's accommodation is perfect: everything is there. What's more, it's cosy and warm. The garden and spa/pool are a real plus and invite you to relax. The view of the mountains from the garden and the street is breathtaking. The location is ideal, just a few minutes from a shopping center. As for Ingrid, she is simply an exceptional host. She's the best! It's so nice to communicate with her and know that she'll always find a solution to help us if we need anything. Throughout our stay, she was able to offer us an incredible experience with little touches to make us feel the best and have the best stay. We feel so welcome. During our 5 weeks, we felt right at home in a little cocoon. We'll definitely be back when we can. Thank you Ingrid for this exceptional welcome and sharing.

Had a fantastic stay! The check-in process was super easy and flexible, which made arriving a breeze. The host was a great communicator—quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of everything, with easy access to local spots. The property itself is a fun, historic gem with lots of character. We had a wonderful stay! Rarely would I say that places turn up better in person than in pictures, but I was so pleasantly surprised at how absolutely cute and charming the place is when I arrived! There were so many cute little details added to the decor. I’m not sure if the place has been updated recently, but everything is very clean and appears new. Everything works well! The beds were super comfortable. The towels were luxurious. And they actually have stainless pots (no toxic chemicals like teflon), which actually is a big deal for me! Location is convenient, literally right next to Snow Summit. Leanne is super responsive! Absolutely enjoyed my stay. I’ve stayed at numerous Airbnbs in Big Bear.. this is the one I’m definitely returning to.

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

Kisha made it easy to locate this lovely and secluded apartment in a home by use of photos to navigate the one lane dirt road to the entrance of the apartment. It's hard to believe the home is so secluded while being so close to all of the hustle and bustle of eastern LA County. The bed was comfy and the apartment had everything we needed to feel like home. We definitely recommend and will likely stay again (since our daughter lives less than 10 minutes from the Airbnb).

We loved our stay here. The location couldn’t be beat as we could walk 5 min to the slopes. Bryan was very responsive and was very flexible with our booking. Thanks to Bryan’s accommodations, we were able to check in late and contactless. The home is a little dated, but accurately shown in the photos and was very clean. Thank you for our stay, we (and our pup) thoroughly enjoyed it.

We had a great time staying at Leanne’s apartment - the place has a beautiful view and lakefront access, and is a short walk away from the Village shops & restaurants. Well stocked kitchen and everything was clean and tidy when we arrived!

We had a wonderful time at Restmoore! The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, making us feel at home. The neighborhood was quiet, and the location was great. The pool and hot tub were fun, and the view was lovely. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. It was fantastic to be so close to the lake and within walking distance to the marina. We also enjoyed the short drive to Boulder Bay. The host was friendly and responsive, which we really appreciated. We definitely want to come back and will consider staying here again. We highly recommend it!

Had to change from a different reservation last minute and Nancy was more than accommodating! Place was clean and comfortable. Kids had a blast playing uno and foozball…. They didn’t want to leave! Bathrooms even had fancy toilet paper bows and the toilets had the paper wrappers to show they were clean like a hotel. Would stay again!
