Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Wrightsville Beach

We loved being so close to the beach, the pool, and the pier. Pier bar drinks and service were great! We recommend the Bahama Mama and The Painkiller. The condo was very clean and inviting. The deck was perfect for our morning croissants and fresh fruit with coffee. We enjoyed watching the waves and listening to seabirds as they soared above the sea. Just a short drive to the Boardwalk gave us some great shopping and restaurants. We recommend Britt’s donuts. Don’t buy just one -cash only! Matthew was the perfect host! He answered my questions quickly and checked in to see if we needed anything. Perfect week for us to rest and relax!

We loved our stay and Jeanna was very responsive throughout the stay if we needed her. The place was very cozy and clean! It was walking distance to a public entry way to the beach, the boardwalk, stores, and many restaurants. We would definitely stay again! 10/10!

This place was nice, and the pool was pretty great. Having two balconies was really useful. There were some minor annoyances, but nothing that the host would really have control over, so I can't ding them for anything.

This condo is a peaceful, hidden gem! Views from the front and back deck and a perfect little beach right across the street. We loved it!

Darlene was a fantastic host! She communicated quickly when I had any questions. Her house was probably one of the best stocked AirBnBs that we've stayed at. The pool was so private, I knew we had neighbors, but could not see them. The house was perfect for our family! We loved Carolina Beach!

this place was everything that we had hoped it would be. only complaint is we are not pet people and this place obviously was very pet friendly. the host is amazing with responding to every request politely and timely. we will definitely be staying with them again especially if they have a no pets property.

Perfect space for a beach getaway!

This was the prefect place for a quick weekend getaway! Host was very easy to communicate with and had a lovely home to stay in! Close access to several public beach access along with the pool! Definitely will be going back in the future again!

Staying at this Airbnb felt like a true escape. The location couldn't have been better – being mere steps from the beach was such a treat, allowing for spontaneous walks and the calming sound of the waves. It was wonderful to find such a genuinely dog-friendly place; my pups absolutely loved it, which made the stay even more enjoyable for me. The entire atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and I found the off-season to be a particularly lovely time to visit, with beautiful weather and a sense of peacefulness. The property itself had everything I could possibly need, making it easy to settle in and feel comfortable. Amy was fantastic – always communicative and helpful, ensuring a smooth and easy stay. While there were plenty of options for things to do in the area, I also appreciated the opportunity to simply unwind and work remotely in such a serene setting. The upper deck was my favorite spot for getting sun many hours of the day. I’ve stayed in many airbnbs and this is a favorite!

Beautiful home in a great location! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to the beach. The private beach access and parking is a huge plus. The house was extremely clean, especially for a pet friendly property, and had everything we needed for our stay. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our pups. Would definitely stay again!

This might be the best place I’ve stayed! We felt right at home and it was the perfect space for us. David and Brittany were very responsive and kind, and we had everything we needed. The self check in with the keypads was very helpful, and I liked that the house was hidden from the road and from other neighbors. Very clean, and the amenities and yard made us feel secure about having our dog there. Would definitely stay here again! It’s not too far from the beaches while not being in the middle of the tourist areas/traffic.

We had a great stay-Jeanine was a helpful and responsive host and her home is absolutely lovely. We were staying in town for UNCW student orientation and this home was a perfect location for our family of 5. It is close to the university, close to the beach, and also close to the downtown river district. The home is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The pool is stunning and very well maintained. It is such a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The home is very spacious, comfortable, and serene in decor and furnishings. Lovely!

Thank you so much! It was a beautiful, comfortable and accommodating space for our first family trip with our 9 month old! The beds were so comfortable! Everything clean. We loved how open the living space was. Outdoor shower was a great surprise! Secure fenced yard was perfect for our little dog. We enjoyed the grill many nights vs going out to eat as much because of how nice the space was. Felt like home. We will visit again !

Not to overuse the word awesome, but awesome place, awesome location, awesome price. The beach was a very short drive straight down the main road. After a day in an active beach scene, particularly Thu-Sat, it was refreshing to come back to this beautiful home in this chill community. Everything was as described and as pictured. Thanks Tony!

Really glad we found this house for our stay! The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The fenced-in backyard was so nice to have for our dogs and they loved having a place to run around. The beds were really comfortable and everything was super clean! We loved the location - quiet street but still a quick drive to anything we needed. Bonus points for being SO close to the arboretum. We’d love to stay here again next time we’re in town.

The beachfront location was amazing. We really enjoyed spending most of our time on the beach and the deck. The house is small, but if you intend to spend most of your time outside, it's perfect. The house shows it's age in a few areas, but this didn't affect our stay. The A/C kept it nice and cool during some hot humid days. The deck was perfect for morning coffee, watching a storm roll in, hanging out in the evenings, and most importantly private beach access! Most of the surf city shops and restaurants were only a 5 minute drive away. Overall, this was a great spot for a relaxing stay at the beach. We would book it again.

This place is like a retreat!! Wonderful salt water pool and hot tub. Lovely home! High quality cotton bedding/towels, a bonus!! Loved the kitchen for meals. Owner responsive and property well maintained. We will be back!

This is an incredibly beautiful home overlooking the intracoastal, tucked back on a dirt road and surrounded by nature. The breeze was constant and wonderful since it was so stinking hot while we visited. The home also had great AC and as long as you left the bedroom doors open at night with the fans on, the bedrooms also stayed cool. The sitting area outside on the deck and over by the fire pit is where we spent every evening. We took Betsy's SUP boards out a couple of times and got to see the sun come up from the water. It's very quiet, peaceful and a short drive to restaurants and the beach (if there isn't any traffic). Betsy was super nice and responsive to anything we asked about. We would love to stay here again.

Exactly what we were looking for. Small enough to be comfortable for 2 people and our dog. We don't need a McMansion, like everyone seems to be putting up. We loved it! Our dog leashed up, loved her covered, shaded and breezy deck and a short walk to the beach. She is senior now running is no longer on her itinerary. She is a lounger and we needed shade and a breeze for her. The furniture is very tasteful, bed comfortable, bathroom clean, bath towels fresh, kitchen had everything we needed to cook some local food. Nice pots n pans, etc. My husband, not our travel planner was already looking to re-book to come back. That never happens. We found several dog friendly places to try out, just enough to get you out for a bit and get back to your ocean view rental to enjoy it!! There are a few local fish places for fresh seafood. OI is a quaint and family oriented location and just what we were looking for to enjoy the beach with our dog. This unit is a gem!

Beautiful home right on the beach, the house had everything we needed and above all, my kids and I had a very relaxing vacation here. Kate was very helpful and gave us great local recommendations.

Nicole’s rental was just as described. It was centrally located so everything we wanted to do was just a short drive away. The rental had everything we needed. She even went above and beyond to do a little birthday decor for my son. Highly recommend.
