Parking at Eagles meadow car park was literally just round the corner. Great access and perfect for a large gathering! Will definitely be my first choice if ever in the area again.

Sian and her family have a lovely place and are very relaxed people. The location is at the heart of everything out doors and is set in their vast private grounds. The Loft is an apartment close but completely separate from the main house (don't think the photos really illustrate this feature). It has everything you need. Sian is a fantastic host. Always available should you need anything - equally leaves you to it should you wish. Perfect balance. For me its was a 10 out of 10. Likely will be back later this year. Thanks for everything Sian.

Renovated 2-Bed Flat + Parking

Fantastic stay. Location was great and so peaceful, yet walkable to town etc. house was immaculate clean and lovely interior. Garden was a sun trap too! We will be back next time visiting family in Wrexham.

Lovely place to stay. On arrival June came out to meet us with her lovely labrodoodles. We loved the little suprise hamper in arrival. All the the small touches were much appreciated. Wifi was down, but this didnt phase us as it was a phone/ wifi free holiday for us to relax. We did find the place difficult to get to, but we were given very clear details by June. Honestly all round lovely place and lovely host. Would stay again.

I loved my extended stay at the Leyden Arms. I preferred to cook and stay in for evenings although I joined in the bar a couple times. I was very comfortable with the rooms, the peaceful environment, the easy drive to several areas of interest. Jan and family were very friendly and helpful, providing everything I needed and asking about my day and giving me great recommendations for things to do. I really had a most restful and enjoyable stay.

A winding country road is framed by lush greenery and dotted with patches of wildflowers. Ahead, a quaint stone house is visible among the trees, with rolling hills stretching into the distance under a partly cloudy sky.

Beautiful, comfortable, high spec apartment, everything you could need is provided. Excellent communication with Cathy. We love Llandudno and this was the perfect location to access all it has to offer. Would definitely recommend number 22 and we will be coming back.
