Cosy first floor apartment set in the beautiful Charnwood Forest countryside close to local amenities and a 25 min walk from the local village pub. The town and Supermarkets are a 5 minuet drive away. East Midlands Airport & Donington Race track only 10 minuet drive away. M1 Junction 23 is 3 miles. The Stables is above unused stables and a perfect retreat for a few nights away. The farmhouse and hosts are on the other side of the yard with no view of the stable block hence its very private.

Buses run every 20 mins in the day & every hour at night, taking you directly to the airport, and to Derby, Loughborough & Leicester.

Charming cosy character cottage tastefully renovated and opened to our first guests in March 2018. Located within a 2 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, restaurants & shops. It has an open plan kitchen, living room with log burner, 2 bedrooms (1 with a king size bed and 1 with a double bed) and a shower room (no bath). Outside there is a shared backyard and to the front of the property there is a shared picnic area.

There is immediate access to amazing countryside and this lends itself to guests wishing to enjoy a quiet walking break. There is a large 24 hr Tesco near junction 13 M42.
