Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage und doch mitten im Alpe-Adria Raum. 1,5 Stunden Autofahrt zur slowenischen Küste Istrien, 50 Minuten zur Hauptstadt Sloweniens, Ljubljana und nicht zu vergessen die vielen Kärntner Seen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Häuschen ist nur für 2 Personen ausgestattet und max. 1 Haustier (!keine Kinder)

Der See ist in 4 min zu Fuss zu erreichen, ein kostenloser Seezugang und Badeplatz mit Steg liegt in etwa 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt eine Zugverbindung nach Klagenfurt und Villach. Den Bahnhof Pritschitz erreichen Sie in 7 min zu Fuss. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind auch in 7 min Fussweg zu erreichen.

The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time.
