Amazing stay. The hot tub is perfect very clean, warm and easy to use. The home itself is lovely, very comfy bed and nice decor. Lots of leaflets and information for the surrounding areas. Couldn’t recommend more.

What can I say…the house was just perfect for our stay. Beautifully appointed, clean and luxurious. What a treat to have a coffee in the sunshine in the mornings, overlooking the lake. Cotswold Water Park Retreats were amazing. Very easy to book paddle boards in advance, great communication and the hot tub was checked at least twice while we were there. It’s like everything was thought of. It made it so easy for me and my family to focus on spending time together. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here to anyone and I would love to come back.

The hut was exactly like the photos and just as described The thoughtful touches Prosecco milk cake hot chocolate and chocolate were lovely and really made us feel at home The hut was well appointed and everything had been well thought through and we did not want for anything The fact the washing up was done for you again added to the experience! The hot tub and view were beautiful and we were so lucky with the weather we made full use of the outdoor space Great recommendations on walks and places to eat! Thank you for a fantastic stay and being an amazing host- you went above and beyond!

Beautiful location perfectly clean and comfortable . Slight disturbance due to busy road noise but other than that the perfect place to stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Luxury Tree House. The property is even more beautiful than the pictures — spacious, cozy, and immaculately clean. The setting is peaceful and surrounded by nature, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was a definite highlight, especially in the evenings. Pam was a fantastic host — very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Check-in was seamless, and everything we needed was provided. We would highly recommend this unique property and hope to return again!

Beautiful little three level cottage home right in the heart of Bourton on the Water. Full amenities, comfortable beds, Smart TV , dishwasher etc. Low ceilings on the ground floor as expected in a 17th century cottage so not an issue. Highly recommend Captains Cabin for any exploration of the Cotswolds

We spent a blissful week at Badgers End Cottage and from the first instance fell in love with the surrounding secret woodland and beautiful gardens. The Cottage was so cosy and calming, the birdsong was so audible. Carol was the loveliest host you can ever imagine. We were given a tour of the private woodland and her passion for her garden and the wildlife was very inspiring. Carol even made me an incredible cake for my birthday which was such a lovely surprise. We would highly recommend a stay in this picture perfect Cottage…the perfect base from which to explore The wonderful Wye Valley.

Hope Cottage is amazing. The location is wonderful, the house itself has everything you need and makes you feel like you're staying in a proper British cottage. Sarah is an amazing host: she answered any questions I had very quickly and was just in general very kind. One thing to note: the house isn't built for tall people. I'm 181 cm tall (about 5'11) and I had to bend down a bit whilst going through doorways or using the shower. It didn't really bother me, but it's just something to be aware of. Whether you want a quiet retreat or a homebase to explore the area, this is an amazing place to do so!

A delightful cottage just a few minutes walk from the many attractions Chipping Campden has to offer. Two surprisingly spacious bedrooms, one en-suite. If you are heading to the Cotswolds, this the perfect place to stay.

I stayed at Elaine’s place with my 16 year old daughter. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. I could have brought the dog but be warned it’s a very small place ( inside) and there are sheep nearby. The little studio comes with a small enclosed paddock. It was just lovely. My daughter had the bed on the mezzanine and I had the sofa bed. Very comfy. There is no traditional oven/ hob but there is a microwave/ with oven ( wasn’t sure how to use) . For a short stay it had everything we wanted. Elaine has kitted it out beautifully. A relaxing space and very quiet! Perfect for 2 in any weather, 4 would work in better weather.

From the moment we arrived we knew we had made the right choice. The location and view is fantastic, we felt so at peace. Internally the property is well equipped and of the highest standard and very clean throughout. The deck in the evening, glass of wine and just listening to the birdsong, so very peaceful. Lots of electric outlets so no need for extension leads and a dimmable lighting system thats like a 70s disco until you get the hang of it 😄. I cannor fault Jeannie, or the property, well worth the cost. Such a lovely place. Thank you Jeannie for making our 20th wedding anniversary one to remember. David and Julie.

Station House has been sympathetically restored and its history is well documented in the many photographs dotted around the place. It’s also a wonderful little oasis for visitors and wildlife alike with lots to explore right on the door step. Station House is 100% recommended for anyone looking for some R & R.

If Amber Cottage is available for your dates do not hesitate and book quickly you will not regret it. Nicala and Steve are exceptional hosts and their adorable cottage is just perfect, from location to the cottage itself everything is 5 star. The walk into the centre of Stow on the Wold is less than 5 minutes if you don’t get distracted. The cottage is very easy to find with the hosts very clear instructions and photos. The cottage itself is spotlessly clean and so comfortable not to mention quiet and private. Perfect base to discover the beautiful Cotswolds and these Australians really hope to come back one day. The perfect escape! Farahnaz and Paul are really helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The Summerhouse is so secluded and cosy. it really is a proper escape from the "Busy Life" Shakurs on the corner is a great place to eat if you get the chance. Beautiful peaceful spot in the Cotswold countryside. The cottage is spacious and well equipped with great walks straight from the door. The pool was such a fantastic asset and really added to our holiday.

We had a lovely stay here and highly recommend. Rosane couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive on the run up to and during our stay. The house is lovely and on a beautiful complex. It was perfectly clean when we arrived and really well equipped. Thank you very much and we plan to come back again.

We are all family of four, we really enjoyed our stay, the cottage is just as described both in the pictures and the listing details. the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, the perfect get away! Rachel was very responsive and helpful. We all had a wonderful time and hope 5o be back soon!

Would definitely recommend a stay here. Rosalind was the perfect host. She greeted us and was just lovely. She gave us maps and information for surrounding area and walking paths. . We were welcomed with freshly baked Bread and condiments, fresh orange juice and homemade pancake mixture, maple syrup, lemon and sugar for Breakfast. The cottage is so quaint and cute. There are stairs up to loft, and has parking on property. It is in perfect condition and extremely clean. We couldn’t have asked for more.

What a fantastic stay we had at Kate’s place. She was an incredible host, nothing was too much trouble for her. The pictures really don’t show how gorgeous it truly is & it’s so much larger than the pictures show. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back in the future xx

Well equipped and spotless apartment with lake view. All the activities are on site, within a short walk. Outdoor pool was surprisingly warm! Overall a lovely stay and we’d definitely come back.

Lovely stay in Sarah's house. All the bed rooms are well appointed, the showers in the en-suite's are good (not always the case with large homes) and kitchen is well equipped. We didn't use the BBQ as the weather sadly wasn't good enough but the Pizza's available on site are brilliant - TOP TIP get in quick for ordering as the slots book up quickly. The Hub pool is nice, if a bit chilly, but good for the kids to have a bit of fun. We did a session each day and the 4pm start one was definitely calmer, again book in early though as the sessions get booked up. This is our second time on the Lower Mills Estate and I would imagine it wont be our last!
