Self contained annex with own entrance & parking.

Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with kitchen, shower room & living room. The bedroom & shower room are freshly decorated for 2026. Guests have a separate entrance which is separated by two doors from the main house. You are welcome to use the garden & bar-be-que and sit anywhere. We have a very friendly dog who generally stays away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy. Cot bed available to hire for £15

Our home is close to the City Centre and all of the University of Worcester campuses. The Worcester Arena and New Road for cricket are a 5 minute walk away. The centre of St. John's is just a 2 minute walk; having a good selection of shops and restaurants. City 10 min. walk. You’ll love our quirky cottage set behind the houses on Henwick Road. 2 king size beds, a sofa bed, a travel cot/high chair are included. The cottage is family friendly and is ideal for two couples (with or without children)
