The Old Stables

The old Stables is half of a newly converted cottage finished to a high standard situated within a 14 ac plot. There are two double bedrooms one with an en-suite bathroom and a separate shower wet room. The master bedroom has a king sized bed , the second bedroom a full double.Bed linen is 100% cotton with feather duvets. Synthetic available on request. There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven , hob and dishwasher and microwave. Outside there is a private garden area and plenty of parking.

The Old Reading Room West Stafford, Dorset.

The Victorian Reading Room of West Stafford is of historical importance. Used before the war as a Reading Room for the villagers and estate workers, the newspapers were provided, the village shop in the late 1930s, then a workshop and a store room for the church. We have now lovingly restored, decorated and furnished this amazing building into a cosy self catering holiday retreat, "far from the madding crowd" Open plan, comfy double sofabed, wood burner, country walks and fabulous village pub.

Lovely self contained annexe set in the beautiful surroundings of the Jurassic coast. There is a cosy double bedroom with a king size bed (which can be set up as 2 x 2ft 6 singles), shower room and a well equipped kitchen/dining/living room which has a sofa bed. The property has its own pretty courtyard garden and off road parking for one car. Godwin's cottage is a stunning refurbished 18th Century thatched cottage. Although attached to the main property, it has its own private entrance, private roof terrace and large fenced garden area with private Hot Tub & BBQ, so plenty of space to spread out and relax, whether it's al fresco breakfast in the morning or an evening dip in Hot Tub watching the sun set over fields. We also have outbuildings which can store bikes or if required.

Come and stay in our newly renovated annex. It offers one double bedroom, a shower room, a well equiped kitchen, and a spacious lounge and dining area. It is light and airy with a modern, cosy feel. Coombe Keynes is 7 miles from Wareham and a short drive from the Jurassic coast. The next village of Wool offers everyday essentials, and there are a number of local pubs offering excellent food.
