a great location that is exactly as advertised. plenty of space, all of the amenities listed were there, easy parking, easy communication with the host. ideal stay.

This is a large finished basement of a large home. Like most basements, it is cold, and there is no separate thermostat. It also has limitations as far as electricity and plumbing that require you follow rules to prevent tripped breakers or clogged septic tanks. Wifi is available but not strong or fast everywhere. The surrounding area is good for hiking, fishing, and biking. However, the roads are not very walkable. There are also limited choices for restaurants nearby: just one bar is available within a few miles.

I was staying here for an event at the turf valley resort. it was an all day thing so while I stayed two nights I was rarely there. nice, clean, good area, real close to turf valley if you have something but it's sold out. the sofa bed was super comfy, and they are purring in a mattress soon. I would stay again, in fact maybe for next year's event.

Such a wonderful place to stay! Everything was described perfectly and we loved the location, beautifully renovated cottage and perfect amenities.
