The place is smaller than I anticipated, but I highly recommend it. You have absolutely everything you can ask for. Clean, beautiful, easy to access + having some snacks, sodas, tea and coffee on the house, it really surprised me. Definitely recommend this place and for sure I'll go back one day!

Jason and Raquel are, without a doubt, the best hosts ever! The place is spacious, very clean, and perfectly suited for long stays like mine. They were always attentive, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my time there. The neighborhood is very quiet, just a short walk from the 46St subway station and several bus stops. There’s a laundromat right next door, markets on the corner, and just a few blocks away there's a lively area full of restaurants and shops. I can’t thank them enough for how well they treated me and us during all these months. I 100% recommend staying here and will definitely come back when I return to New York. I wish them all the very best!

A peaceful stay with no surprises, everything matches the descriptions. The presence of the host who lives in the apartment is certainly an advantage that guarantees the operation of everything.

Really enjoy staying at Gregory’s place while I’m working in NYC! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for anything convenient and cozy. The in unit washer dryer is a huge plus!
