The coach house is an annexe in the gardens of our house with a double bedroom on the mezzanine level. Downstairs, a king size sofa bed in the lounge, well equipped kitchenette and bathroom with good shower and bath. 2 SMART TVs with 2 DVD players & Fibre wifi.

Little Rosie has off street parking, is five minutes drive from Harper Adams and within very easy reach of Lilleshall Sports Centre, Weston Park and Telford. We came to stay at this amazing cabin for a few days to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and it was perfect. Just us in our own little space, with rolling countryside and idyllic walks just outside the gate. We bought our pizza oven and camping table, set up overlooking the canal and just had the best time! Would very much recommend!

Absolutely beautiful place and location. Was perfect for a family get together plus one dog, who had the best time exploring all the grounds. The road to get to it is very bumpy, so not suitable for low vehicles, so I’d recommend getting your shopping and supplies before you arrive. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back again and would highly recommend it.

My wife had a wonderful experience with Sue, who was incredibly kind and gave her plenty of recommendations on things to do in the area. The location is very close to Sugnal Hall, where she attended a family birthday celebration, making it even more convenient.
