Located just feet from the Kaibab National Forest there are many furry visitors including, elk, deer, bobcat, coyotes and more. At night the stars are brilliant in the night sky. When the moon is full you can almost count the craters on its surface. The cabin has everything you need for a nice visit.

Being off grid, we must save power and water at night almost unlimited power in the daytime Hot water shower in daytime only (7am-7pm) due to solar power use. No exceptions. Towels are NOT provided.

Great cozy spot to stay! Brought my family (3 small kids included) and enjoyed escaping the valley heat- the cabin was nice and the kids had plenty to do. The area was peaceful and the porch furniture made it easy to stay outside and enjoy the weather. Kitchen had all appliances we needed and there was a pac n play for my younger one to sleep in at night.

My family of 4 has stayed at a lot of Airbnbs, including times when we traveled with additional families. This place is very high on our list of favorites!! We felt right at home, recommendations were provided ahead of time, the kitchen was stocked, amenities were provided, and having both a relaxing front and back porch with seating was beautiful. My son wasn’t feeling 100% one day (after going to numerous national park hikes and adventures). So we stayed in 1 morning. Chilling on the front porch bench was so relaxing. I didn’t want to leave. We already knew there wasn’t much around there other than Grand Canyon, and we had planned on cooking at the house. It was quite easy to cook there, and she provided oil, spices, pans, and all the accessories needed. We would definitely come back here anytime!!

The outdoor setup was absolutely unforgettable: stargazing by the firepit, watching movies under the night sky, relaxing in the color-lit hot tub, and cozying up in the thoughtfully designed seating area. The loft and the little guest house were beyond adorable—every detail was so well done, combining comfort with a touch of luxury. It was the perfect home base for our Route 66-themed weekend exploring Bearizona, the Grand Canyon, and Sedona. Thank you for creating such a magical place to make memories.
