Within 1km of the beach and walking distance to the beach cafe (Dawn) and the Ocean Grove Hotel. This relaxing and well equiped house will have you at ease from arrival and is perfect for both couples or families. Previous guests have enjoyed being away from the rush of the town, and loved the green garden and quietness of the area whilst being only a few minutes drive from the nearest shopping hub. Spacious, self contained 2 bedroom house with two secure outdoor garden/dining areas, full size kitchen and open dining and living area. All linen, towels, kitchen and bathroom essentials provided. It's within easy walking distance to the ocean beach, cafes and shops on Hitchcock Ave, the beach and play areas on the Barwon river, the golf course and it is directly across the road from the primary school which has ovals, playground and community library.

We had a great stay at Sally’s place in Torquay. It was in a quiet and peaceful area within walking distance to the beach and a short drive into town and other attractions nearby. The place was very clean with all the amenities our family needed. Our toddler especially enjoyed all the kids toys and books! We highly recommend booking Sally’s place for a family getaway to Torquay.

Wow ... Amazing. Such a beautiful home with everything at your fingertips. The house was spotless. Sitting out on the deck surrounded by a beautiful garden was so relaxing. Very private surrounds and very peaceful. Barbara was an amazing host and I was so glad to get the chance of meeting with her. We stayed for 2 weeks which allowed us to enjoy the property fully. I have no hesitation in recommending this property.

This place was a fantastic family get away. We have small children and we’re looking for a simple, easy getaway. Unlike other places that are not child friendly, this one is and more. The place felt right like home and our son still asks when he is going back to his ‘holiday house’. He loved all the toys and backyard. Was easy to walk to the beach. Just a little out of town, but a quick drive. Also to note we’re added extras like good quality towels, linen, condiment’s. Way more than what other air bnb’s have in terms of making it easy to get away and not have to lug the while house with you.

Janell and Nathan were fantastic hosts, proactive with their instructions, very responsive, and thoughtful. The property was exactly as advertised. Although I only stayed for one night, it is definitely a place I would love to stay at again for a longer visit. Great place and great hosts!

Loved our stay, clear instructions. Ad wasn’t clear enough, said 4 bedrooms. Was 3 bedrooms and a bungalow which was fine. Also instructions said no noise after 10pm on weekends and neighbor knocked on the door at 9.40pm on Friday and told us too turn our music down. Was watching the clock and was going to turn the music down at 10pm. We were a group of 6 adults aged 50+ enjoying some music. That part was pretty disappointing apart from that we were very happy with location and the house.

A great place an amazing stay! This was our second time at the house and it was equally as amazing. Kristi is proactive in getting the house ready for us (we have kids). The house is amazing for kids with an outdoor kitchen, trampoline available. A lot of space to play and hang out. The house is in a great location of Ocean Grove too. 5 star Air n Bnb! Can't wait for our next stay
