We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

Floor-to-ceiling windows - living in nature. Working is also possible ;-) Otherwise, hiking, cycling, sauna, hanging out... Parking space for motorhomes (up to 8 meters) available. Small stream, large attic floor. A mixture of old and modern. No immediate neighbors.

Our cozy log cabin was built in 2020, is fully furnished and sleeps 4 people. It is located at the entrance to the town on a typical village street and is the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. Shopping, nature, and excursion destinations are within easy reach. Our adjacent large meadow, with bushes and fruit trees, is located on the edge of the nature reserve and the Seeanger. Seeburger See, with dining options, is a 10-minute walk away.

The cottage is located in the museum village of Ebergötzen, the Wilhelm Busch Mill and the European Bread Museum are within walking distance. Lake Seeburg is also only 4 km away. Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

This newly renovated 4 bedroom house is found in the sought after village of Nikolausberg close to Göttingen. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, but in close reach to university, UMG, Nord-Uni several research institutes. The 4 bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 people and is ideal for families or bigger groups. With an open dining- and living room and separate kitchen the house presents lots of living space.

This cozy 60 m² apartment is on the ground floor of a former restaurant. It has a modern kitchen incl. a dishwasher and induction stove. From here you can plan day trips to the Harz, Lake Seeburg and the surrounding towns. Other destinations such as the Worbis Bear Park, the Ziegenhagen Leisure Park and the Sababurg Zoo are in the immediate vicinity. Free parking is available in front of the house.

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.
