The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.

Only 10 minutes from Bregenz and Lake, we offer a spacious apartment, with terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenzerwald. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. Here in the village there are 2 inns and a small shop where you can find everything you need. Soccer field and playground are just around the corner. We have a nice view over the Rhine Valley. The guest tax of €1.85 per guest per night is included in the price

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

In our former, newly converted barn, we offer simple but fully equipped 44 square meter accommodation for uncomplicated guests. Our farm is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. We run an organic farm with cows, chickens, horses and cats. Our garden invites you to linger and in case of rain there is a covered seating area. A sofa bed is available for a child, and a travel crib can also be accommodated. Welcome!
