By train, you can reach the Festspielhaus in Bregenz in 5 minutes. In the immediate vicinity begins the local recreation area "Lauteracher Ried" with a popular swimming lake. The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.

The apartment is located in our family home – my two daughters with families as well as my husband and I also live here. The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for toddlers, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.

Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Kindern (10 und 16 Jahre) und wohnen im Zentrum eines kleinen netten Dorfes. Die zu buchende Unterkunft ist eine Einleger Wohnung in unserem Wohnhaus. Hier im Dorf gibt es 2 Gasthäuser und einen kleinen Laden in dem man alles Notwendige findet. Fußballplatz und Spielplatz sind gleich um die Ecke. Wir haben eine schöne Aussicht über das Rheintal. Die Gästetaxe von 1,85 € pro Gast und Nacht sind im Preis inbegriffen
