We are renting out our bright 2-room self-contained apartment, which was completely renovated in 2020. It is equipped with a wide double bed in the bedroom and a 120 cm-wide sofa bed in the living/dining room. A fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and dishwasher is available. In the bathroom there is a spacious shower, among other things. From the bed you can look out into the countryside - you are in the village, but you do not hear any car noise. Please note that the garden/terrace is not available

Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Good public transport connections via 2 bus stops within walking distance (5') and the local train (S21) in Reinbek (3 km).

The apartment is located on the attic floor (sloping ceilings) of a single-family house in a quiet location with very good access to the A1 and A24 highways. The subway station "Steinfurther Allee" is also easily accessible on foot (10-12 minutes on foot; please read the "Arrival Guide" in the listing carefully beforehand), then another 17 minutes on the "U2" to Hamburg Central Station. It is only a few minutes' walk to the forest. Nearby is the Tonteichbad. The S-Bahn is a 3-minute walk away and you can reach Hamburg Central Station in 28 minutes. Reinbek and Bergedorf can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Here you are in the middle of nature.
