Abbotslea eco barn

HelenRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Very comfortable. Very friendly. Everything met our needs during our brief stay. Loved watching ( and listening!) to the sheep and birds. Would be even lovelier on a warmer day to sit out on the patio and take in the rural setting. Thank you for the bread, butter, milke, ggs and lagers!

Lower Lodge Barn, Alcester, Nr Stratford-upon-Avon

NathanRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We hired the barn for a long weekend with all of our family, if you want quality accommodation in a stunning location this is the place. I've thought hard to find a fault, the only one I can think of is I didn't book it for long enough
The kitchen features a rustic design with wooden beams and stone flooring. Sunlight filters through large windows, illuminating the green cabinetry and wooden table. A door opens to a small garden area, enhancing the connection with the outdoors.

The Burrow

CandiceRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The Burrow was perfectly located for our weekend exploring the local area. It’s very close to Stratford-upon-Avon so we had great places to eat just 15 minutes’ drive away. The place was immaculate, modern, comfortable and finished to a high standard. Justyne and Nick are really friendly and helpful hosts, they even posted items to us that we left by accident!

The Granary - cosy cottage with a super king bed.

DanutaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We stayed at the cottage for 5 days whilst working away. It was very peaceful and relaxing. David and Clare were top hosts, always responsive and even bringing welcome gift - eggs from their hens 😀 Thanks to Clare we found out about Midlands Air show taking place during our stay and we could enjoy watching Red Arrows in the garden, with a very friendly next door neighbour! Nice and cosy living room/kitchen with everything you need (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster etc). There's even washing machine should you need to do washing. Massive bed was very comfy! Cottage is within driving distance to Stratford, nearest Tesco few minutes drive (ab. 20 walk). Pets are welcome at the property - there was a bed, bowl and towels for muddy paws provided. The only shame during our stay was the weather - it too windy to enjoy al fresco dinner in the garden 😉 Would love to come back again and recommend wholeheartedly! Thank you Clare & David for having us - Danny, Danka & Bailey 🐕‍🦺

Kathleen's Cottage.

We had a fabulous stay at Maura's house. It was beautifully clean and had absolutely everything we needed. Tesco express was a 5 minute walk away if we needed extra provisions. Maura was so accommodating and helpful. Such a lovely person. Thank you, Maura. We'll be back.

Cobblestone Barn

CraigRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We spent five nights at Cobblestone Barn. The barn is lovely, full of character, tastefully furnished, with comfortable beds and everything we needed for our stay. We had great weather so made use of the gas bbq and outside dinning area a couple of nights. There is a big choice of National Trust properties within easy reach, and also plenty of lovely Cotswold villages. There are a few walks which start from the barn. Perfect for evening strolls around the fields, and we got to see some deer too! Kerry was a lovely and attentive host. Very helpful with great communication. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend Cobblestone Barn.
A plush toy resembling a Highland cow sits on a bright yellow sofa. The toy features a fluffy, textured coat in shades of brown, with expressive eyes and small, rounded ears. The vibrant background adds a cheerful touch to the cozy setting.

The Cow Shed - farm cottage close to Stratford

JoanneRating, 5 stars1 month ago
If you use W3W then it's easy to locate, and Laura gave v clear instructions. Parking is straightforward and close to the accommodation. The Cow Shed is just as described, compact but inviting. The rooms and linen were clean and well presented. Nice 'Cow' touches here and there too! I think on a previous review someone said something about it needing a comfier sofa, which I think is correct but tbh we didn't stay in during the evening so it didn't worry us at all. Mattresses are comfy (we had a v good nights sleep, the traffic outside isnt bad and is increasingly infrequent later into the night), the kitchen is well stocked and a lovely touch of fresh eggs greeted our arrival. Laura's messages were v friendly and helpful. She is v responsive. All in all we had a lovely stay and would happily stay here again..
