Riverside Cottage was perfect for a restful week away before my operation. The scenery was stunning and the location so peaceful. The dogs were happy as they could could come and go as they pleased as the garden was so secure. Everything you need for a break away was supplied and the host was a message away if you had any queries. The hottub was an added bonus and was made the most of throughout the week!! A most enjoyable break, we will definitely be back

Ann's place is incredible- stayed for two nights and there is everything you could possibly need or anticipate in the house. We had a great time - the pool and hot tub were very clean and the house was perfect! Ann was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book again!

Wow what a beautiful place! We booked this for a special wedding anniversary to celebrate with our close family. The gift of a bottle of wine and a cake was such a lovely touch. Thank you so much. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mayflower. The young children loved seeing the ducks and wildlife come right up to the deck, and the adults loved the hot tub. The robes were a lovely touch too. We had no problem finding the Mayflower and the instructions for checking in and the online guidebook were very useful. There is so much to do on the doorstep if you can drag yourself away from the lodge. It was such a peaceful and magical place and somewhere I would love to return to.

We spent 6 days at Rob’s place with our 3 children. The weather was not our friend but the onsite swimming pool meant we still had a fabulous time. The hot tub was a great addition to the property. The cottage had plenty of room for us all & the spa facilities were fantastic. Great location as well, we had a lovely morning wandering around Cirencester. Rob was super helpful. We used 2 of the recommended places to eat & both were fantastic options. Lovely stay!

Stayed for 3 nights for a get together with old friends. Weather was lovely and so we sat straight by the lake with a beer and spit of fishing. The views are fantastic and the surroundings are beautiful. Inside the place was spotless with lots of Room even with 5 of us inside. All the amenities we required were on hand. Good WiFi meant we were all able to communicate without any issues. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. Pure bliss! Walked over to the old boat house for a meal and drinks and then also walked to the Eliot arms for another great meal out. Didn’t want it to end. Would highly recommend this to either a family or group of friends. Awesome!

My husband and I had such a lovely stay at Sarah and Sim’s place while in the Cotswolds for a wedding at nearby Lapstone Barn. It was the perfect base for us for the weekend - cosy and peaceful and had everything we needed, and more! The breakfast spread was so thoughtful and very much appreciated. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this immaculate home in Oxford. The house is beautifully furnished with a perfect blend of comfort and style—every detail felt thoughtfully curated. The back garden was a real highlight: peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Everything was spotless on arrival, and the host made us feel incredibly welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking a relaxing and elegant stay in Oxford.

Had a fantastic few nights at Nicky’s cottage in the Cotswolds. It was a great base for exploring the area. Bed was really comfortable and the bread and wine that was left was very thoughtful. Would definitely recommend this lovely home.

Beautiful little three level cottage home right in the heart of Bourton on the Water. Full amenities, comfortable beds, Smart TV , dishwasher etc. Low ceilings on the ground floor as expected in a 17th century cottage so not an issue. Highly recommend Captains Cabin for any exploration of the Cotswolds

It was beautiful experience. I am so glad I didn't book a hotel room. This stay made our little break unforgettable. Clearly, we had to learn how everything works, get used to boat toilet and switch engine on each time we wanted to make a coffee, but that's exactly what you get on the boat. The location is beautiful, beds comfy and I would like to thank you, Alan for a nice stay.

Hope Cottage is amazing. The location is wonderful, the house itself has everything you need and makes you feel like you're staying in a proper British cottage. Sarah is an amazing host: she answered any questions I had very quickly and was just in general very kind. One thing to note: the house isn't built for tall people. I'm 181 cm tall (about 5'11) and I had to bend down a bit whilst going through doorways or using the shower. It didn't really bother me, but it's just something to be aware of. Whether you want a quiet retreat or a homebase to explore the area, this is an amazing place to do so!

We had a lovely 2 night stay at The White Cottage, facilities are great. The kitchen has everything you need, excellently equipped. We liked the fact there is a downstairs bathroom as well as an upstairs one with a bath.

Faultless stay. Beautiful setting in the heart of the Cotswolds. Within 20 minutes of all the typical tourist attractions. The grounds themselves are beautifully done with great dedicated areas for dogs to roam in an enclosed field as well as smaller gardens attached to each cottage for them. The Padel courts were brilliant quality and the tennis courts were great also. Friendly staff on site and we hope to come back with a bigger group of friends in the future!

The perfect escape! Farahnaz and Paul are really helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The Summerhouse is so secluded and cosy. it really is a proper escape from the "Busy Life" Shakurs on the corner is a great place to eat if you get the chance. A fabulous country cottage within large gardens including a pretty waterlily pond & beautiful wildflower meadow. Lovely views & country walks on the doorstep. Very welcoming, friendly hosts made us feel at home straight away. Idyllic! The bed was super comfy too! We’d definitely recommend this property & stay again. Thank you Karen & Phil

Beautiful peaceful spot in the Cotswold countryside. The cottage is spacious and well equipped with great walks straight from the door. The pool was such a fantastic asset and really added to our holiday.

Beautiful cottage in a lovely location. Easy walk to the pub across the fields and a lovely owner who was very responsive and willing to share her dogs with our children! Pool is a fab bonus and location is great for local villages and attractions, such as the Cotswold Wildlife Park. We didn’t want to leave and have already re booked!

Rosalind was a very friendly and communicative host. She offered a range of breakfasts and recommended some lovely local walks. The property was in a fab location with lots of nice walks/pubs nearby.

We had a lovely time at Sarah's place. It's as the photos suggest and is in a very peaceful surrounding. The barn is next to Sarah's family home, but the way it is oriented means you get plenty of privacy. Thank you for letting us in to your home. We all had a lovely quality time with friends.

Lovely clean place on a lovely site. There was a thoughtful little hamper of some food and milk and a treat box for our dog when we arrived which was a nice touch! Wish we had stayed longer, the pool and cafe were great! The terrace was massive with lots of chairs on and we’d love to come in the warmer months!

What a wonderful place to stay! We had a great weekend at stable cottage, location exactly as described, beautiful setting and really comfy beds! The amenities in the place were great and we really enjoyed the log fire in the evenings. Would definitely recommend!
