Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. Nafferton is only a short walk away, with local shops, including new Spa and Garage and nice pubs serving excellent food. Driffield and Beverley are two lively market towns just a short drive away. Fraisthorpe Beach, Flamborough and Bridlington only a 20-to-25-minute drive away, if relaxing by the east coast is your preference. York and Scarborough are also within a 40-minute drive.

We welcome one small, well trained dog and two people. Our super-king bed can be split into a twin on request. There’s a lovely hot shower, smart TV, Wifi, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, and microwave. The bed, breakfast bar and comfy sofas all overlook the private garden which has bifolding doors onto the deck.

One mile from the centre of Hornsea, a beautiful seaside town, where you can access an array of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and Hornsea Mere. One and a half miles to Hornsea Freeport. A perfect base for exploring East Coast towns; Bridlington and Scarborough etc.
