Absolutely Fabulous! Anne could not have been a more accommodating and welcoming host. Her house is an eclectic mix of antiques, design and homely comfort. Everything you need to relax is here, and anything you may need you just have to ask. I came as a guest and left with a friend.

Great spot to stay for our legoland trip. Excellent communication from the hosts and a very nice house. We enjoyed planespotting as the planes landed, and it didn't disturb our night. Overall amazing

We stayed in Angelicas house short period while our house was being renovated. It was welcoming and in an excellent location which allowed us to explore East Oxford.

This is the best of old fashioned BnBs, in a real person's real home. One host, one guest, friendly discussion over a civilised breakfast. Quiet street just off a big park, with a bus route on the other side of the park. Less than 30 minutes' walk to the station. So far, so good. AND THEN! An idyllic little river at the bottom of the garden (not the Thames); Andrea kindly lent me her kayak. I paddled a little way upstream, and then, oops, swam back. The brook is perfect for both activities, depending on your skill. Andrea hosed me down without a fuss. I couldn't ask for a better host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The three bedrooms were perfect for our family of four, the kitchen and living areas are beautiful, and the house was stocked with lots of thoughtful extras (from cereal and pasta to extra toiletries). The house is less than 10 minutes on foot (even with baggage in tow) from Paddington Station, which made it a great location for hopping on the tube to explore various neighborhoods, and is tucked away on a quiet side street with no city noise. Muhiddin was super responsive and helpful when we reached out, both before our stay and during our time there! We would definitely stay here again when in London!

Mara is a wonderful host she has a lovely house I found the whole experience really good, very clean comfy bed, a nice room & Mara is extremely helpful & nice five stars from me.

This was a stress-free stay in Esher, close enough to the downtown area and activities, perfectly located. The flat was comfortable, very clean, and the bottle of prosecco was appreciated! Highly recommend!

This flat was very comfortable for our party of three. The kitchen was well appointed and fully functional. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The location was very convenient to portabello road and it’s many shops and eateries and convenient to bus and tube lines. Check in and out were easy.

Jeannette’s place is great. Absolutely ideal if you’re working at the film studios. The river is on your doorstep and lots of great pubs 5 mins walk. Your host is fantastic and so helpful

What a great place to stay! Had everything you could need and the location was perfect. Walking distance to Marlow and excellent links to M4/40. All in all it was a pleasure to stay here. Sarah was extremely efficient and helpful which made it even more perfect! Thank you Sarah for everything

We have stayed here a few times now and never disappoints. Very comfortable and Joanne leaves a selection of breakfast items and fruit/tea/coffee to keep you going first thing! Very handy to all amenities around Hampton Court and area.

Great place to stay, I booked this for my parents whilst they visited us in Henley and it was great. James was really accommodating and welcoming!

Our family (2 adults with 3 teenagers) stayed at Jen & Matt’s place for 6 nights in March 2025. It was perfect for us. Lots of space and all the amenities we needed. We were on an early arriving flight and they allowed us early access to the flat, which was a lifesaver for that first day. The flat is in a lovely family-oriented neighbourhood with the beautiful Queen’s Park nearby. It is totally outside of the hustle and bustle of London, but right on the Bakerloo Line which allows super easy access to all the sights. It is also on the Lionness line which takes you directly to Watford Junction where you catch the shuttle to Warner Bros Studios to visit the Harry Potter sets. It couldn’t be better situated in my opinion. Jen & Matt provided milk, eggs, butter, jam, crumpets, tea and coffee to get us started, which was a really nice touch. There is a Tesco Express nearby, so it was easy to buy groceries. I did a load of laundry and everything worked fine. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Alex's flat was perfect. It's exceptionally clean & comfortable, with modern appliances and appealing decor. My son, husband and I felt immediately at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals & wake up with tea/coffee. I slept so well I was on English time immediately, something I've never experienced before. I've stayed in several parts of London, but will always try to come back to Hampstead. The scenic & well appointed village is a minute from the flat. Everything we needed was less than a 5 mins away, but the flat feels quiet & secluded despite this proximity. Overground & Underground stations are easy walks. We used both, but mostly just wanted to head back to Hampstead. Hampstead Heath is breathtaking. Being right next to it was very special. Alex is an exceptional host. His messages were so welcoming. Home instructions were well organized. Messages about check-in/out were timely & clear. He was very responsive & helpful. Thank you, Alex!

A stay with Deborah is highly recommended, everything was spot on, we appreciated a place to park even beyond our check out time. Deborah is friendly interesting and welcoming, we'd definitely visit again if we're on the area and it isn't booked out. Thank you.

Fiona was a stellar host. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and quiet, and the breakfast in the morning was excellent. We very much enjoyed chatting to Fiona over breakfast and appreciated any advice given on how to get around the city. Cute Annexe in the countryside. very quiet, warm and cosy, and the array of lamps really accentuated this. nice large dining lounge space and comfortable bed. lovely little extras with the local apple juice , butter, bread and milk etc with a nespresso coffee machine. towels are very fluffy and large too. davina was very helpful and her washing up fairy did a magical job.

Fantastic host, great place with a beautiful location plenty of country side to explore, in our case to ride.

We had a lovely stay in Gilly's cottage for the night - came away just for a night to switch off and enjoy being in the countryside! There are so many lovely walks around the area - went on a lovely walk around South Moreton meeting some friendly horses, goats and sheep along the way! Nice cottage with everything we needed including some nice coffee, bread and jams for breakfast. Would definitely recommend the local pub (The Crown) - had a lovely dinner there! Thanks for a great stay!

Patricia's house is lovely. My two teens and I stayed in three rooms at the top floor. Beds were very comfortable, and rooms very clean. The house has lots of historical features and is nicely decorated. Patricia made sure we had a great breakfast, with eggs, fruits, cakes and croissant. Polesden Lacey is only a 30-min walk from the house and the surrounding area offers plenty of opportunity for long nice walks. Nice spot for visiting this part of England.

We had a wonderful stay at Penny and Keith’s place. Penny put me and my young daughter immediately at ease and was just so welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and homely and we both slept very well. Breakfast was much appreciated. The neighbourhood itself is peaceful but with easy access to central London and had the added benefit of free street parking right near the house which is handy if arriving by car. We’d definitely like to come back.

Really nice family and just what i needed for the night, so i didn't have to get up at a ridiculous time for a training course the next day. Thanks for a good nights stay.
