Great host and great property

The home was a perfect getaway with the open floor plan, views, & the back yard. The hosts were very responsive & answered any questions I had right away. The neighborhood was very quiet & the driveway that led right up to the front door was perfect for private easy access in and out. I enjoyed my stay here & would definitely recommend it.

A friend and I spent three days at Drew’s place and it was super restful and calm. The neighborhood is quiet, but with some good options for breakfast and lunch. In terms of connectivity, the place is close to the airport and to Venice (15’ car’s drive). The place itself is super cute and comfortable. Ideal for 2, up to 3 people. Drew was responsive and nice. I recommend it very much!

I have to say this is my favorite place in Los Angeles. I've stayed here several times. I really appreciate the responsiveness of the host regarding any issues with my stay, for example this time when I arrived the smoke detector was removed and misplaced by the previous guest, she replace it as soon as I let her know and at the same time she change the carpet with a brand new one without me asking for it. She keeps updating and improving her place constantly. So my experience with Niaz and her place always been great and I will stay here every time I need a place in LA.

Wonderful memories created at this lovely home for my son's college graduation at Loyola Marymount University. Close to LAX, downtown, and shuttling friends back and forth from LMU. The kitchen was perfect for prepping and the backyard was just the right size to entertain our family and friends for the post graduation celebration. This house is perfect for a reunion -- comfortable mattresses, extra towels, and details such as extra toothbrushes and toothpaste were available in each bathroom. Irina was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend! Thanks for hosting us. We will return again should we find ourselves in the LA metro area again!

An overall nice experience! The home is in a safe neighborhood and near to many tourist spots. Glad to use the garage that comes with the home, solved our headaches with parking!

This home was absolutely perfect for our stay! It was spotless and incredibly well-maintained — everything felt fresh, clean, and inviting from the moment we walked in. The location couldn’t have been better; we were just minutes away from major attractions, restaurants, and shopping, which made getting around super convenient. On top of that, the host was fantastic — very responsive, clear with instructions, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay here, super clean and very comfortable. Lots of things near by and the Sofi Stadium is close by too. Recommend for sure! Rutilio was very communicative and attentive in making sure the guests feel welcome and answers any questions you may have quickly. We enjoyed our stay there.

The stay in the apartment was excellent, very well located, everything is new, the kitchen is very well equipped with new and modern appliances. There were also basic items available, such as coffee, olive oil, salt, sugar, etc. I loved the apartment, I'll definitely come back more often.

Great stay. I have stayed in this building before and this unit was just as solid. Clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The location is ideal and the vibe of the building is always on point. I actually liked it so much that I’m renting a condo a few floors up and moving in later this month. Thanks for a smooth and welcoming experience.

Felt right at home! Will definitely stay again

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Great location if you're going to SoFi or the Forum and want a place to crash. The description matches the apartment well and Christian was super responsive to my questions. I would say that if I hadn't been familiar with Inglewood generally I might have thought the neighborhood was a little odd. like, I don't know that I'd walk home by myself from a concert. If you need an ultra quiet stay, this place probably isn't for you. It's right over the flight approach for LAX so there's frequently plane noise, and the apartment is a little older so there's typical apartment sounds like hearing your neighbors overhead walking. Didnt bug us too badly! The garage parking was an awesome perk but if you have a choice I'd recommend driving a compact car - spaces are a little snug.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

This place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Beach access was also great to have very close by! It was great being able to fall asleep with the sound of the waves! Amazing air bnb to stay at!

Me and my mom stayed for 4days at Anita’s place and I would 100% recommend it! It had everything I needed and more. Everything was beautiful and it had a big shower! We walked to Venice beach and coffee shops and stores! It is beautiful and close to a lot of things.
