The studio is located on the first floor, has its own private entrance, and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. Experience the special feeling of starting your day with a clear conscience. Right next to the main entrance, there is a free parking space available.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt in der Altstadt für Alleinreisende, Freunde und Familie. Historisch, einzigartig, idyllisch und doch irgendwie wild gelegen an der Mülenenschlucht direkt beim UNESCO Weltkulturerbe Stiftsbezirk St.Gallen. Wo heute kaum ein Neubau mehr denkbar wäre, wurde dieses Gebäude vor fast 200 Jahren ursprünglich als Appretur (Textilveredelung) erbaut. You can enjoy a mostly fog-free break at 1000m altitude with beautiful views of the Säntis and the Alpstein. Some hiking trails pass the house and a sports course in the forest can be found within 2 minutes for a training round. Shopping facilities for the everyday are located in Speicher and Teufen, the city of St. Gallen can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The access to the property leads over a forest road - in winter 4x4 or the 15-minute walk

Modern in-law apartment on organic farm

The Loghomespace apartment is located on the lower floor of the log house. It is lovingly decorated and has everything you need for a stay in a vacation rental. The log cabin is located on the Haselbachhof, which is run by our family in the 3rd generation. The region is also called Mostindien, because of the many apple trees. There are 450 trees on the Haselbachhof, plus 40 dairy cows, 10 Angus suckler cows, 10 horses, a few sheep, cats and dogs.

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Private bedroom in Souterrain (semi-basement) with private bathroom. No kitchen! We do not offer cooking facilities, nor do we install temporary kitchens, it is not possible to prepare food in the room. Only the laundry room is shared. Perfect location. Less than 100m away from: Train station, bus stop, Fachhochschule, Lokremise (cultural center), Cafeteria Gleis 8, shopping facilities, Cityparking Parkhaus.
