Our Chalet that we renovated with a Western touch is in the middle of the nature but not far from a little village with a grocery and a restaurant. We designed it for us to disconnect from the world. Next to a small river and with many trails for hiking and biking passing by, there are a lot of Outdoor activities. Apartment in a characterful villa located in the Balmoral neighborhood, overlooking the town of Spa (3 km/1.9 mi away) and 12 km (7.5 mi) from the Circuit de Francorchamps. The apartment is located at garden level and includes an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a 1m80 double bed, a bathroom with shower and an independent toilet. It has a private entrance and a large terrace with two sheltered areas that can be heated, and it offers magnificent views of the valley.

Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

While being close to Bastogne and Luxembourg, where you can find art, culture and shopping malls. Close to a Ravel and walking trails You'll love the cottage because of the ambiance, the outdoor spaces and the brightness. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

While the Ecluse Simon has been completely renovated to offer all modern comforts, no structural transformation has been carried out in this house registered with the Walloon Regional Heritage.
