This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. This large, renovated farmhouse is at about one hour drive from Cologne and Trier, in the beautiful Eifel. Here is a lot to do, just look into my travel guide.

Living room with wood stove. Covered terrace, BBQ, garden furniture. Free Wifi access. Arrival possible from 4pm, departure possible until late afternoon. Parties and drink parties are not allowed. A very pleasant cottage, well furnished and equipped. We didn't want for anything. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms impeccably clean. Although the cottage is on the main road, it is extremely quiet and we were not disturbed by the little traffic. It's a cute and peaceful village with very friendly neighbors. Ingrid always responded promptly to our messages. We'll be happy to go back!

We lived our stay here! The view was spectacular and we lived hearing the church bells and clock each day. We had a prime view of fireworks for NYE as well. It into easy to get to other cities from this one spot. The hosts are very friendly and super-helpful. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the cottage with 8 people. The cottage was equipped with all the comforts. Also in the kitchen there was ample material available and a washing machine. Bathroom was also spacious, one with a lovely bath. We had quite some rain and a carport was very convenient. Fortunately, the cottage warms up quickly, because it was chilly. The games room was nice, however there were many “old/broken” toys. The extra space is nice! The dog from the other reviews can be heard from time to time, not very disturbing. Fortunately, no church bells, it is a continuous road. Windows can be completely open at knee height and with small children that is very dangerous. We also missed the stair gate but can solve both the windows/stair gate with creativity. I would recommend, also a small playground behind the house was nice!
