It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge. The village is very near Wimpole Estate (NT) for beautiful walks and only 15 minutes drive from the historic city of Cambridge. You have the place all to yourself with everything you need to relax in a quiet location, with parking outside the accommodation. The guest house has a large bedroom and separate lounge/dining room overlooking the stunning garden, a kitchenette and an ensuite shower room.

Situated just a 5 minute walk to the train station with direct links to Cambridge & London Kings Cross, and a mere 10 minute walk to Royston’s historic town centre and supermarkets. A designated parking space is provided directly outside the property. Guest annex in a quiet village close to Cambridge

Detached guest flat located in Toft, a quiet village 7 miles or 11 Km - 20 mins by car - from Cambridge city centre. Best suited for two adults on the comfortable double bed and up to two children on the bunk beds. It has an en-suite shower room as well as a mini fridge. We do not serve breakfast but coffee and tea and a few more essentials such as milk, bread, butter, jams orange juice and cereals are provided on arrival. The village is surrounded by open countryside.
