Beautiful Mountain Cabin 45 minutes north of Payson nestled on the Mogollon Rim. Over an acre of pine filled forest and cool breezes. One bedroom and bathroom downstairs and roomy loft upstairs. Cabin can sleep 6 comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen, large deck outside with grill, picnic table, sun umbrella and plenty of lounging space. Outdoor fire pit with log seating for roasting marshmallows. Excellent fishing lakes nearby, a fish hatchery, trails plus a great swimming hole in Tonto Creek.

Enjoy four nearby fishing lakes, geocaching trails and abundant hiking, biking and quad trails through the majestic Ponderosa pines. Great multi-generational space, excellent family getaway at 7,700 feet! We specialize in multi-generational families. Our bedding accommodates 4 adults and up to 3 children. Booking guest must be 25 years of age or older.

Colcord Mountain Hideaway-Horse Friendly

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway under the rim with scenic views! Colcord Mountain Hideaway is an 800 sq foot second story studio with a lower level kitchenette. Perfect for a romantic couples weekend or a family of four. Located just under the Mogollon Rim lookout and near Woods Canyon Lake, the area offers lots of trails for hiking, biking or horseback riding! Horse stalls are $25 each. We have a round pen nearby. No dogs unless we have talked about it.
