This place also offers a private spacious backyard for relaxation and for guests to enjoy.

Located with two miles of the Georgetown Square and nightlife. Home offers the best of all worlds with the interior including wall wine racks, kitchen appliances, and spacious suite rooms with adjacent areas for office work. This includes the huge lot space for outside activities.

This Austin themed retreat features a comfortable Queen-size bed, twin pull-out sofa, small kitchenette, keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, and convenient portable convection cooktop; walk-in shower and a front porch as well. Enjoy the private entrance and separate side yard area, ideal for pets and relaxing in this calm and quiet space. Please note there is no separate bedroom, ideal for the 1-2 people-3 max.

Come stay for a relaxing peaceful time in the woods overlooking the San Gabriel River. It is a safe wonderful get-a-way for fresh air, shaded walks , picnic or floating at the river. River floating is dependant on rainfall. We have Volleyball, Cornhole, Horseshoes, Tetherball, Firepit, and a Pool for you and your family and friends to enjoy. Just let us know , and we will provide the equipment . Sorry but we will not be able to host parties.

WFH in this Exquisite Private Suite near Domain!

You get exclusive use of master suite wing with a separate entrance from the backyard. It is not shared. It is sound insulated so normal TV volume can not be heard from the main house, well furnished, and has its own AC/heating. It is close to the Domain, and north Austin high tech employers. A perfect work from home setup! Please Note: The bathroom is separated by curtains in lieu of the pocket door that is currently out of service.
