Vacation rentals with breakfast in Williamson County

Our son is a student at SIU. We came to Carbondale to spend Easter with him. The house was perfect. A huge couch to gather and spend time together, a fully stocked kitchen so we could cook a full Easter dinner, well furnished bedrooms, plenty of towels, even access to a washed/dryer. It rained so we didn’t get to use the fire pit in the backyard, but it was all ready for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Nanny's Place was wonderful! It was the perfect location for all of our hiking adventures, close to restaurants and we loved being close to Rendleman Orchards for the apple cider doughnuts and apple butter. The personal touches from Lisa were so sweet! We had homemade strawberry jam, fresh bread, milk, local apples and marshmallows and sweet tea in the fridge waiting for us when we arrived after our long road trip. We will definitely be going back to Nanny's Place!

Dan was very accommodating and got us everything that we needed for our stay.

Highly recommend this place!! The Phantom Canyon trail within the camp and the Cedar Falls trail by Packentuck road both were amazing! Search online for the blog Midwest Nomads and Camp Ondessonk for trail descriptions and photos of the waterfalls. We also went zip lining at the Shawnee Canopy Tours 40 min away but probably could have just kept hiking trails at Camp Ondessonk that day. We stayed Monday-Thursday. We ate at Viennas Diner and Ned’s Shed (cash only) but check their hours before driving the 20 min to Vienna. There’s a dollar general a short distance away.

The house was clean and had everything described in the listing. The host had thought of everything, down to restaurant listings for the area and items for a continental breakfast. Beds were comfortable, linens were clean, comfy furniture in the living room as well. If I'm ever back in the area, I will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay Jared!

Had the best time for a bachelorette party! Great deck and hot tub to relax. Had a bus pick us up and explore the Shawnee wine trail! Convenient distance to all local wineries!

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming, one-of-a-kind place! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and right at home. Nestled on 3 beautiful acres right in the heart of town, the property offers the perfect mix of tranquility and convenience. The accommodations were clean, cozy, and full of unique touches that made the stay feel extra special. We will definitely stay again.

Very comfy and beautiful place to stay. Very clean and well kept too. The lake in the yard was also super pretty. Our host was amazing. Very nice, welcoming and gave us privacy too. I highly recommend Martha and her place to stay at!
