Complete with 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and a fenced in yard, you're welcome to spread out and relax. This lovely home is a primary residence when not being rented on AirBnB. It is cared for with love and attention to detail. Carterville is central to both Carbondale and Marion, and within a 15 minute drive to SIU and the Shawnee National Forest.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed w/tv. The living/kitchen area is an open concept w/plenty of room for a queen blowup mattress (included). A perfect setting for watching the abundance of wildlife.
