The place was clean and the beds were comfortable and roomy. The front living room area was very spacious for our group of ladies. There was coffee available for the morning. Overall it was a nice place and I would stay there again sometime.

This house had plenty of space for our group of 6 ladies. Clara had all the amenities for us, including laundry soap, dishwashing detergent, an extra roll of paper towels and plenty of toilet paper. The hot tub was warm and ready to go, and she had plenty of extra swim towels. Its always the small things in my mind that stand out. :) We used all the available amenities, including making breakfast every morning -- she had all the pots, pans, even oil spaces. Definitely gets a 100 in our book and would definitely recommend a stay here. Thank you Clara!

Great communication and had everything we needed!

We had a lovely stay at Rachel's home! The space was clean, bright, and well-appointed with just about everything we could ever ask for. The pool was wonderful and we had a couple of super relaxing days there. We will definitely be back!

Great host, very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Terrific accommodation, clean and cozy, close to amenities and great hiking. Well stocked kitchen and nicely furnished, everything needed for a comfortable long term stay. Handy 2 car garage and nice patio seating area in the back yard. Quiet and scenic neighborhood.

This home really was home away from home. It was peaceful, clean, and provided everything we needed and wanted.

It was unseasonably cold and the heater didn’t work. But Lisa was very responsive to try to fix it remotely and when it couldn’t be fixed remotely, they did call in a tech and was fixed same day. Provided a refund for the inconvenience. Hot tub really only fit 2 people. Fit our needs. Beautiful surroundings.

It was a pleasure to spend the weekend at Spencer’s house, it had everything we needed, and catered for all our needs. We will definitely visit again!

Perfect location to enjoy downtown Prescott within walking distances. Very clean home with amenities! Sage and Sylvie were very responsive for any and all questions and communicated well. Would stay again!

Clear instructions from the host. The place was clean and homey, and it looked like the pictures. There were kitchen and bathroom supplies available also which was thoughtful. I didn’t have any issues with the place during my stay. Communicating with Tamara was easy. I stayed by myself as a solo traveler so safety was a priority for me, and I can say I felt safe there.

We had a great stay! The weather was amazing, and Brandon's home had everything we needed for our stay. Brandon's pre-check in communication helped us locate the home and get in very easily. This home is a good location to Sedona, hiking, and even a day trip to the Grand Canyon. The home is updated and charming.

Great place, will definitely come back and stay there if my daughter has another sport tournament in Prescott Valley.

AJ was very kind throughout, gave us our space to do what we needed to do. We were there for an event in the city. Beds were comfortable. There was a treat provided upon our arrival. Great indoor and outdoor space to relax. He also had a great dog that was very friendly.

Mountainside retreat had a great view from the back door window. It was a good value for a week. Our host Angelica was very helpful to answer any questions promptly

We had a great stay as a family! The place was quiet, spacious, and in a good location, we had a car so easy to explore around Prescott. It had everything we needed with lots of little extra like USB points in the bedrooms and heaps of cleaning supplies. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in The Rocks.

Nice scenery, cozy home, got all the upgrades

A-MA-ZING. I have stayed in lots of AirBnBs around the world and this one is by far my favorite. The host went above and beyond with this home. It had everything you could possibly need. From kitchen to bathroom amenities. The touch of providing all the extra little things like laundry soap and face masks, is what made it stand out even more. The house was beautifully decorated and comfy inside and out. I 1,000,000 times recommend this place to anyone and everyone. It was a great location to Cottonwood and Sedona.

Aaron' place was extremely clean and very comfortable. The home had a great outdoor space and a large yard. I am extremely happy renting Aaron's place. I would recommend Aaron's to anyone that wants to visit Prescott or the surrounding areas.

This place was absolutely fantastic. It was exactly as described. It was very comfortable and felt homey. The hot tub was such a bonus at the end of the day after a long day hiking. I highly recommend this place and will definitely try to make it back.
