This was the perfect setup for us. Two separate spaces within the main space but we propped the interior doors open so we could all move freely between them. I do wish there were options for pillows. All the pillows were firm and over filled and it was difficult to sleep comfortably with your neck up that high; maybe bring your own. However, overall it was a great place for our family to get together. 15 minutes to Busch Gardens, close to the market and restaurants. Very safe area as well. I would highly recommend. Also, be aware of concierge. They have folks at the registration entrance that will try to direct you to concierge after you check in stating, “they have a welcome bag for you”. It felt more like they were going to pitch a timeshare sales pitch. If not interested, just say no thank you and continue to leave. Check out was easy although 10 am is a little early for a check out but that was not the hosts fault, that was the property itself. Beautiful property all around.

The place was just as described and was perfect for us. It was clean and had everything we needed. The resort was beautiful with nice walking areas and water features. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. Lots of room. Beds were comfortable. The area surrounding the condo was beautiful...right on a small lake with fountains.

We had a great stay! It was very close to Busch Gardens and all other Williamsburg attractions. The space was great for us and our 2 children. Great place to stay!

Lovely property, super spacious, Beautiful, cozy, fully stocked condos...great for our family of 6 on a short notice vac. Tania was great accommodating us. To find a Clean & sanitized place was a huge concern for my family & I, but Tania went beyond expectations...Excellent location to Williamsburg activities. Beaches, Pools and put-put golf were great for families. We had a lovely time! The staff were also kind and helpful. We would recommend it and would definitively come back!

We stayed at Scott’s place for a weekend trip to Busch Gardens and Water Country USA and it was perfect for our group of three families. With guests ranging from preschoolers to middle-aged adults, everyone had a great time. The home offered plenty of space for us to either spread out or gather together as we wished. The amenities were a great bonus, and we actually wished we had booked an extra day just to enjoy the property itself! The place was freshly updated, very clean, and the check-in process was smooth and simple. Scott was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be booking this place again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Scott’s place. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described. It is in a very convenient location if you are visiting the local tourist spots. The amenities were very nice and Scott was very communicative. Just make sure to decline the timeshare presentations so you don’t get stuck in them (they only asked us once and didn’t argue with us when we said no). Don’t let that this is a timeshare turn you away this is an amazing Airbnb for large groups!!

Scott’s place was perfect for what my family & I needed to accommodate us. The units were looked even better then the pictures! The location was great, there were plenty of nearby grocery stores & restaurants. We plan to return for another stay in the future!

Rooms were nice, somewhat dated in decor but pleasant. Smaller in person that it appears is photos. Location good as not in the super crowded part of town. Pool area somewhat small for volume of people. Beach is great. AC unit in the larger unit malfunctioned but they came immediately and replaced it! Impressed with the maintenance staff!

Scott was a really responsive host. We decided we wanted to stay a couple more nights, and Scott was able and willing to accommodate without hesitation

Condo was just as advertised. Happy we opted for the 8th floor. Place was clean and tidy with all amenities we needed. Would definitely recommend this place.

Scott was very helpful by helping us book within a day of having to stay! He gave very helpful instructions for check in and made sure to let us know if we needed anything else that we could reach out to him. I would definitely recommend staying with Scott!
