Vacation rentals with beach access in Williamsburg

Great stay in a nice, gated community! The space was comfortable and clean. The only thing was the coffee maker was a little touch and go. Not a big deal. We will be back when we’re back in the area!

Our stay was great! Our son is stationed there and Lynn’s place was so close to him.

We loved everything about our stay at Poseidon! The apartment was lovely, bright and clean with a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and nice linens. The shared outdoor space is one of the nicest we've seen on a beach house - well tended wooden walkways all around, lots of nice outdoor seating, great grill lovely "beach bar" type perch to sit and look over the water. We used the sauna every night and all of the available amenities as much as possible. We highly recommend this property!

Had a little staycation in hampton. I wanted something close to the beach (buckroe) and my massage/ reiki appt. Maia’s place was the perfect little spot to lay my head. The beach was even within walking distance and when I went, I saw some dolphins which was pretty cool. I went with Maia’s place after seeing the other reviews of how clean it was, I’m happy to say everything was accurate in Maia’s pictures and how other folks described it. It was nice having hosts that were intentional about thinking from the guests pov, even going as far to make a video for check in instructions to avoid any confusion. Every thing was clean, the hosts clean the carpets after each use and asks guests to take off shoes in bed area. Bathroom was spotless. They even had a couple board games/ uno for guests. Lots of closet space. The level of consideration felt like a hotel room without the hotel costs. Hosts responded quickly if we had questions. I would definitely stay again.

Super clean. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Well equipped kitchen and great location. Host was very responsive and attended to every detail. We had a wonderful weekend.

Everything was excellent. Manager & owner were very willing to work with me over my long stay. House was exactly what I needed. Try Bold Mariner for BBQ and brews just down the street!

Great place and location. Already have another stay booked here. Love the layout. Upstairs unit. And downstairs is a little oyster bar. Shawn was a great host.

My absolute favorite airbnb ever ! This was the 3rd time I've stayed here, and if I could afford it, I'd go monthly. The location is perfect, right on the water, small private beach, lots of privacy and soooo incredibly relaxing. The house is very well laid out, super clean and comfortable. Keri provides more than most hosts, from the kitchen and bathrooms, to beach gear, movies, books, games, and the kayaks ! I love love love this house and location so very much. It feels like "my" home away from home and I'll continue to go back as much as possible. THANK YOU again Keri, for another amazing getaway !

We stayed at the cozy beach cottage for a "girls trip" for three busy moms looking for a peaceful retreat for the weekend. The house was just as described - cute, clean, and cozy. We appreciated Kenzi's attention to detail and clear instructions, as well as local restaurant recommendations. This house is one block from the ocean; an easy stroll to watch the sunset from beach. We appreciate that the house had everything we needed and required no tasks for checkout. Thank you Kenzi for allowing us a weekend of rest and relaxation!

Our family enjoyed our stay while we were in town for a sailing regatta! Very spacious for our family! Thank you for sharing your place so we could enjoy some beach time as well!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cape Charles for Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for having a small holiday meal; a wonderfully stocked kitchen with good knives can be hard to find! It was a comfortable home in a great location. It was perfect for walking to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. There is also great playground that the kids really enjoyed. The host was responsive to all of our questions and provided lots of recommendations for activities in the area. We look forward to booking this home again.

A+++ From the front door to the sand is only a football field away! New and pristine house. Host is incredibly responsive. Peaceful and clean beach. Close to shopping and VA beach boardwalk is only 20 minutes. Highly recommended.

The attention to detail was incredible—from the beautifully curated décor to the small but thoughtful touches like Band-Aids, cooking essentials, and other convenient extras that made a big difference. Beautiful comfortable home with great hosts! We enjoyed our stay at Steven and Susan’s home. The house is newly renovated, clean and comfortable. We loved walking to the beach every morning and evening and relaxing in this beautiful home. The hosts are very responsive, friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is nicely equipped. Thank you for having us!

Emily was an excellent host! She had clear and easy instructions, the place was very homey, petty, and well equipped. It allowed each guest in our group of three professionals on business travel their privacy, as well as community space, and opportunities to take a walk in the beautiful and quiet neighborhood, close to the beach. Definitely recommend!

We stayed at the condo for the 2 nights before my son had to fly off to Europe. We were only 13 minutes from the airport so that made his 7:50 am arrival time awesome! We had to do a bit of shopping and this place was really close to a lot of areas we needed to go to! The cafe right around the corner is awesome with a great chai latte!! 😊 Thank you Jennifer for the amazing condo and location!! 🤩

The condo is well appointed with everything I needed. Kingsmill is a special place. Rodica was very quick to reply when I had a few different questions. Very comfortable bed and reading chairs. Top notch.
