Vacation rentals with a patio in Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Very nice apartment and extremely clean! Overall, very comfy and well-equipped. The downside (but that´s on us and not Melissa!) was the location. Despite the fact that it´s possible to take the bus to the city center, we experienced this being a bit of a burden. The bus terminal in the center is not very easy to orientate yourself in when being there the first time, also staff has been rather unfriendly and not very willing to help. The bus transport costs 8$ per trip for 2 people. So we paid 16$ every day to commute back and forward between the apartment and the center. As said, we should have informed ourselves better prior to the stay, but we would not book this one again due to the commuting time. Especially during busy times (morning), the trip takes up to 1 hour one way and busses were extremely crowded from time to time with no seat available. We are young and did not mind too much but I would not recommend this for anyone struggling with that. But again, this is on us! :)

Unser Aufenthalt bei Gonza in North Bergen war sehr gelungen. Die Unterkunft war dank der Beschreibung sehr gut zu finden. Die gesamte Unterkunft war wirklich sehr sauber und so ausgestattet wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war genau das richtige, um nach aufregenden Tagen in New York abends abzuschalten und zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Wohnung ist ca. 10 min zu Fuß entfernt von der Bushaltestelle, von der man New York in 30 min (bei guten Verkehrverhältnissen) bis 45 min (wenn etwas mehr los ist) erreichen kann. Etwas Fahrzeit mussten wir also immer einplanen, aber das war in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft auch so angegeben. Gonza war für uns auch für Fragen auch immer sofort erreichbar. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft für einen New-York-Trip auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

This was the perfect place to stay for my trip. Awesome vibe at night in the hot tub with all the lights on, and very cozy and clean inside as well. Super detailed instructions on how to get there, get inside etc. Very responsive host 👍I had a great time. Lots of good places to eat in this area, too. 10/10 would definitely come back in the future.

Perfect apartment, really good option for people who want to travel to Manhattan, really easy access with PATH train. The area is super nice and green, really good places if you’re traveling with kids. The host is amazing! Super helpful and very kind. Apartment is very clean, everything like on the picture. The area is so clean, pleasant. Many places for walk, shops, park, it is easy to park the car. This place is literally perfect! Truly recommend this apartment, we loved it ❤️

We had a great time at Henri’s place. Everything was in line with the listing page and they were very helpful during my stay.

Cynthia was a kind and responsive host, and the apartment is beautifully maintained. I cannot say enough about how great our experience was. Hoboken - and more specifically, Cynthia’s place - will always be our go-to home base when we visit NYC.

Brandon’s Hell’s Kitchen apartment was absolutely perfect for our 3 day trip up to NYC. The Hell’s Kitchen location is fantastic with not only many big NYC attractions walkable close (Broadway, Times Square, etc.), it was less than 2 blocks to the subway. Additionally, if you walk away from Broadway into Hell’s Kitchen, the neighborhood has tons amenities (pubs, pizza, food markets, bagels) to give you an “authentic New Yorker” feel. The apartment was exactly as described. It was well furnished with everything you need, but not over furnished (it felt spacious and comfortable). The instructions for everything from key retrieval to garbage disposal and Brandon himself was an absolute gem. Communicated quickly and was extremely helpful. The next time we head up to New York, we will check to see if this apartment is available before looking anywhere else - it felt like our NYC home!

Well placed between the beach and train to New York City. Excellent restaurants, shops and supermarket within blocks. Quiet neighborhood with easy parking on street. Well furnished and allowed us to cook dinners at home. Having an outside private terrace was a bonus. Well stocked with incidentals that helped make it feel more like home. We would highly recommend to others.

Andy's place was lovely, tastefully furnished and decorated, with really comfortable furniture (the bed gets top marks), well stocked, pristine kitchen and bathroom, and the back patio was the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. Andy was lovely, friendly and thoughtful. Commuting into the city was easy either by bus or Lightrail to the PATH. It was a perfect spot for us while we were having work done in our place. We'd definitely stay there again.

Samantha and her husbands co host were great they had great quick communication took time to help with directions and addresses to places we wanted to see told us best way around and gave us tips on apps to download to help get around also. Samantha took time to introduce herself to us and inform us if we needed anything just let her know and they let us gone and go as we needed without feeling like we was anywhere but our own home it felt like home we truly enjoyed this stay and their beautiful home and highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit New York beautiful place beautiful views and very quiet always across from police station so we felt very very safe great place

This place was great for our guys trip. It was spotless, inviting, and spacious. Her Airbnb was a relief to come to after a long red eye flight. We would definitely book again.

Probably the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Althea’s place was super cute, had everything we could have needed, was in a safe neighborhood and easy parking- would definitely stay there again if in the area!

Stephania and Elimil have been the best hosts I have ever had! The friendliness and efficiency in their help has been in parallel to great hotels. The house is in a beautiful spot next to a park and river, yet with walking distance to super market and Westfield mall. The appliances all functioned great and updated with newest technologies. Clean and efficient house that made us feel like home. Area felt friendly and safe too.

Had a fantastic stay at Michael's place. Michael was great with check-in and out, flexible with times and even helped us with our luggage. He provided a really handy sheet of local recs which we made great use of. Michael's place is a beautiful period house in Brooklyn with walkable access to the Q train to Manhattan or Coney Island and a short walk from Prospect Park. The apartment is on one private floor with its own balcony space. The apartment is beautifully decorated and includes more amenities than you could need. There is one very spacious double bedroom with an en-suite toilet, and a sofa bed in the back half of the lounge which converts to a second bedroom. Huge kitchen with excellent cooking facilities and a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower and period features.

Wow what an absolute gem of an apartment . Very clean and has everything you would ever need , high spec appliances and furnishings . Location for us was just right about a 25 min walk to the path rail and you were in the heart of NYC. Great supermarket nearby . Anthony was super responsive to any questions we had .The rooftop is an amazing place to escape the hustle of the city and we watched some amazing sunsets from there. There is absolutely nothing less than perfection here , if you are lucky enough to find availability book it .. I can assure you will be as amazed as we were . Hoboken ist ein guter Unterkunftsort, um New York zu besuchtigen. Mit dem PATH ist man schnell da. Die Wohnung war sauber, groß genug und Kaffee war gerichtet. Der checkin war sehr gut beschrieben. zur Washington street ist ca 1 km. Dort gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen. Am Hudsonufer hat man eine tolle Sicht auf New York.

Excellent location! Very easy to walk to the Path to get to New York quickly. Very clean and had all the amenities to make the stay perfect.

We stayed here for a month and have family in the area. The location is great, easy access to groceries, Mamilton Park, the shopping district and delightful historic blocks of townhomes and brownstones. And, there a great wine shop across the the park where Pavonia Ave has been turned into an outdoor dining plaza. I personally like the upstairs downstairs living which makes the apartment easy for two. The kitchen is very nicely designed and stocked with all the accessories and great refrigerator and stove. The owners are right here and easy to communicate with. Access was a cinch. This is a great spot to hang out.

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! The view of NYC was beautiful. Well worth every penny-one of the nicest, cleanest places we’ve stayed so far! The owners are very attentive to your needs- and if you have questions they are answered promptly- couldn’t have asked for better hosts!!🤗 Thanks again for everything.

Great place in a great neighborhood. Easy access to subway. Host lovely to communicate with and fabulous getting to check-out with a to-do list.

The space was accurately described and easy to check into when my delayed flight got me into town well after midnight. Laila was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed (even extra towels when I asked). Proximity to the subway for Manhattan access was perfect, and there's a grocery store within walking distance to stock up on essentials (if applicable). A great spot if you are using Queens as your homebase for your trip.

Nice new place and very clean. All info is accurate and great amenities. Host thought of most things and it’s all in the app so minimal communication needed.
