Charming apartment at the entrance of the Emmental

Rural and yet not far from any civilization lies our small living and garden dream. The old stone house is located in Ersigen near Burgdorf BE, a twenty-minute drive from Bern. In the village there is a café, three restaurants and a farm store. The bus to the nearest major shopping facility leaves every 30 minutes during the day. We occupy the second floor of the house and rent two rooms with kitchen and bathroom on the first floor. We are happy to answer any questions you may have!

Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with large terrace 20 m² and garden is located on the mezzanine floor a large shared apartment 80 m² with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambiance. Welcome! Our spacious house with a large garden is idyllically situated on a farm paradise, between Bern (1 hour), Zurich (1 hour), Lucerne (1.5 hours) and near Solothurn (7 minutes). Only 500m away from the Aare river, perfect for swimmers and non-swimmers. Train station 850m away. Explore the Jura Südfuss hiking area and the Balmberg climbing park (15min). Enjoy activities such as alpaca trekking, river boating, biking, jogging, hiking and free parking out front.

Modern and individually furnished studio with industrial look, kitchenette, shower bath, spacious double bed and private entrance. The apartment is located on the first floor of a farmhouse, which we have partly developed ourselves. Like the rest of the house, we have equipped it with some self-designed design elements. The private seating area with evening sun and babbling brook invites you to switch off and the walk to the Emme leads right past the apartment.

A parking garage is located nearby. Bicycles can be parked at the house.
