The apartment IRIS is located in a traffic calmed area in the center of Oberammergau between City hall and the Museum. Many shops including grocery stores, tourism information, train station and the Passionplay theatre can be reached comfortably by foot. The apartment is about 650 sqft in size with a living room with kitchen, 1 bed room, bathroom with shower, a private outside sitting area, parking space. The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

The quietly located, 80 m² apartment is located on the outskirts of Wildsteig surrounded by green meadows. The apartment for up to 4 people is located on the 2nd floor, has an east and south balcony with magnificent mountain views. Two bedrooms, living room with sofa bed and large TV (59 inches, Internet TV), kitchen-living room with dishwasher, oven, large fridge incl. freezer compartments as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.
