Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Wildhaus-Alt Saint Johann

It was beautiful and we enjoyed the tranquility and seclusion to the fullest.

My fiancé and I booked Johannes’ beautiful home to celebrate our Switzerland elopement with our closest friends. Everyone loved how charming the home was and how beautiful the surrounding was. There were lots of cooking tools for us to use. The only real issue was the ceiling above the second flight of stairs…taller people had a difficult time not hitting their head. Other than that, it was a great space to spend time with amazing people.

An enchanting place to stay. We enjoyed a lot with the views and the peace and quiet. The cottage was very comfortably furnished and had all the compfor. We want to visit again. Highly recommended if you like to spend time in nature.

We immediately felt very comfortable in the cozy cottage. The kitchen is well equipped and even raclette and cheese fondue are available. The Postbus car goes to Tannenheim and Tannenboden for free, so you can leave the car behind.

Older house renovated with maximum flexibility, with 5 separate apartments. We rented the entire house, which worked well for 10 adults. We ate meals together in the ground floor apartment, which had a larger kitchen and a dining room big enough for all of us. This is also where we hung out when not skiing, but we could always retire to one of the other apartments for more privacy. The only slight downside was the absence of a living room large enough for all of us, be we knew this when we rented. Overall, a great place to stay for large groups.

We enjoyed Andreas' place very much. Especially highly recommended with children, as a large Lego Duplo box is available for playing and you can easily reach the slopes on foot with skis. We will be happy to come back again.

We really enjoyed our holiday at this house! Everything was clean and tastefully decorated – you immediately feel comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and left nothing to be desired. We particularly liked the BBQ in the garden – with this fantastic view, it's just perfect! Many beautiful hiking trails are close by. The supermarket and bakery are minutes away. Thanks for a great stay!

There is plenty of space in the house for several people, and children will also find opportunities to play and let off steam, even in bad weather. You can make yourself comfortable or hike in the area and also go shopping nearby (we were there in March). Julia is always approachable and always supports or explains with friendly words. We highly recommend Julia and the vacation home.

Unfortunately, we only stayed 3 days at Walkers Cottage. It's beautiful there! Everything you need is available, very clean, the beds are comfortable. We felt right at home. Many thanks to Lucy and Andi! We will be happy to come back!

We were allowed to stay in the upper apartment "Eichkatzerl," arrive early and leave later. Our kids would have preferred to move in right away. Super romantic and beautiful. Tip: Bring earplugs and slippers!😜 Everything is impeccable! Thank you very much

Wonderful accommodation and the views out of the window/balcony is simply breathtaking! We were literally surrounded by mountains and waterfalls. The place was pristine, the indoor fireplace was perfect only adding to the coziness. Communication with Frida was exceptional. Also shout out for offering us a late checkout! If you want a therapeutic break away from busy touristy areas, this place is a must.

The apartment is 100% recommended. We were two families and were able to enjoy a wonderful New Year's week in the snow. The location is great, right next to the ski lift and close to the ski school. You have to be aware that there are no shopping opportunities etc. on site. The host family is super friendly and helpful, I think we've never been received so nicely anywhere, thank you Barbara and Brigitta!

We enjoyed the time with Elmar and Heidi to the fullest as a family. We immediately felt at home and especially appreciated the in-house playground and bread service. At Easter, we were even surprised with a homemade Easter lamb and chocolate eggs at our doorstep. Thank you so much for letting us vacation with you.

The place was excellent for our weekend getaway. Everything was as we expected. A nice quiet place close to the mountain bike trail and skiing area (both of which we didn't use). Nadja was very kind and we always found her responses timely and helpful whenever we asked anything. The room is spacious, has all you need for a getaway, very quiet for a good night's sleep and cozy. Very clean and well maintained. Parking was great...no issues there too! The surrounding areas and places were excellent. A few, but enough, places where to dine, amazing views and lots of things to do. The place itself is also close enough to a couple of borders, which makes visiting the nearby countries a breeze, with a car. If we decide to travel to the area again we would definitely try to book here again! Highly recommended!

Nice spacious and clean apartment in a beautiful location on the lake. Also in terms of facilities everything is tip top.

We couldn't have hoped for a better place for a cosy weekend away for the two of us. A wonderful spot that had great access but was very private and peaceful and bursting to the seams with character. It had everything we could've wanted & more, was genuinely very homely, and you could tell that Ladina and family also stay there. Ladina was very response to all communication and patient with us.

What a pleasure to have stayed at Nicole's lovely place! A big thank you to her for her welcome, availability and kindness. Communication with Nicole is very easy and friendly. The instructions for access to the accommodation were very clear. The description perfectly matches the apartment: it is very well located, on the lake, in a quiet and well-maintained Marina. Our whole family felt at home: the apartment is spacious, well-equipped, bright, with a special mention of the sauna in the bathroom! The location is privileged because you can enjoy the environment of the lake as well as that of the mountain, which is exceptional 😊 We hope to stay there again to enjoy the different seasons.

Beautiful very modern apartment. But you must go to the garage which is the ground floor to obtain the keys and enter. Once inside the garage, the apartment is basically 6 stories up, only 2 of which have an elevator. So be prepared to carry your luggage up 4 stories before riding an elevator the last 2 stories! We left our heavy ski bag in the locked community garage.

The cleanest apartment that has ever found. The entire apartment is designed with a lot of love for detail - you can tell that the apartment is very important to the landlord, Thomas. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils. As a family with two small children, we didn't miss anything. Since it is separated with a fence, we were able to let our children roll around outside without hesitation. The apartment is very suitable as a starting point to explore the Allgäu and Lake Constance. In the village itself, the "robber Kasimir" hiking trail is highly recommended for children - a fantastic adventure trail with puzzles and play opportunities for children. Cozy two bedroom apartment. Tip-top decor, there was nothing missing! We had a lovely ski holiday week. We enjoyed it and felt comfortable and at home. Thanks again!

Very nice place to stay when travelling to Flumserberg to ski. The Intersport shop for renting all the equipment and the ski area are about a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
