Vakantiewoning La Viola De vakantiewoning is het originele gastenverblijf van Villa La Viola. De vakantiewoning is gelegen aan de dorpsweide Wijk aan Zee en ligt op loopafstand (10 minuten) van het strand en de zee. De woning is standaard geschikt voor twee personen, tegen toeslag uit te breiden tot max. 4 pers., en bestaat uit een woonkamer gecombineerd met keuken, aparte toilet en een aparte badkamer en op de verdieping 4 slaapplaatsen. De woning beschikt over eigen parkeervoorzieningen.

Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like open staircases. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

De omgeving biedt ruime mogelijkheden voor uitgebreide fietsroutes. Daarnaast bevindt zich op loopafstand (800m) een brasserie waar je heerlijk kan lunchen en dineren. Wij bieden tevens mogelijkheid om zowel de Vliet en omliggende plassen als het centrum van Leiden te verkennen op een luxe sloep, in overleg is hierin veel mogelijk.

Unique Dutch Miller’s House

Built as a warehouse in the 16th century, it is now a very spacious ground-floor apartment right in the historic center with direct access to a little terrace on the street. It features a living room, dining area, kitchenette, bathroom, and semi-separate bedroom. The apartment has its own front door. Very suitable for families. Huis met prachtig uitzicht en privé tuin.

Mooi appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Geheel op jezelf. Aan de achterkant een ruime tuinkamer met open haard en daarnaast een eigen tuin. De tuinkamer kun je verwarmen met de openhaard . In de winter kan het te koud zijn om er te zitten alleen met de openhaard. Badkamer heeft een 2-persoons bad en een dubbele douche. In de badkamer is ook een wasmachine en droger aanwezig. Heerlijk appartement om geheel op jezelf te verblijven en te genieten van de rust!

Loft in oude Brandweerkazerne van Wijk aan Zee

Kom overnachten in de oude Wilhelminaschool uit 1884. In een rustige straat ligt ons gebouw dat ooit als school werd gebouwd, toen als Brandweerkazerne fungeerde en waar wij nu mogen wonen. Dit derde klaslokaal is met veel liefde en geduld opgeknapt en is nu omgetoverd tot een knusse Loft van 70m2. Omdat de ruimte een open trap en vrij open balustrade heeft is het appartement niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen. Kids vanaf 7 jaar zijn welkom.

BEACH 2-room studio, ground floor, is located right by the sea and kitesurf and sail area. You are on the beach in a sec and can enjoy the sunset. Bedroom: boxspring 2x (80-200 cm) with large television. Kitchenette: microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge (NO stove/pans). Bathroom: rain shower. Separate toilet. Private terrace and entrance. Made beds, towels, WIFI, Netflix are included. One dog allowed. Free parking.

Romantic country garden house looking out over meadows, with large porch. Endless view, amazing sunsets. Nature area with birds. Deluxe kitchen, garden, free parking, excellent wifi. Two bedrooms, one mezzazine, sleeps 6 people. Please note the mezzazine has a steep ladder. We prefer to host families or people with reviews. 30 minute drive to Amsterdam, Alkmaar and Zaandam. Closer are Edam, Volendam and Marken.

Sfeervolle vakantiebungalow veel privacy. Onze zeer grote tuin (2400 m2) met bruggetjes en steiger delen wij graag met onze gasten. De vakantiewoning bevindt zich 25 treinminuten vanaf Amsterdam, dichtbij strand en Zaanse Schans, vlakbij kaasstad Alkmaar, dichtbij Schiphol. Ook uw hond is van harte welkom, wij vragen daarvoor 10 euro per nacht.
