Stay in our lovely bright studio annexe, in the grounds of our house on the outskirts of Billingshurst. Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio has a comfortable King size bed, seating area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a freeview TV and Wifi. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.

Located in the beautiful village of West Chiltington, on the edge of the South Downs national park, and just 15 miles from the coast, this 1 bedroom, self-contained annexe is a beautiful little cottage. It's ideally placed for walking holidays and is a popular base for all the Goodwood festivals.

Absolutely stunning Yurt!! Peaceful and beautiful location! A must visit! We had the most wonderful time even in the pouring rain! Kitchen and bathroom facilities were fantastic. Can’t fault this set up absolutely would return! Thank you!

We were very comfortable at the Annexe. As described by the owners. It is situated where there’s a lot to see within a short distance. A car is necessary. It’s very quiet. Two minutes by car from the station. The pretty pub by Stopham Bridge is generally closed on Mondays except perhaps for a drink on sunny days. Wed-Sun they serve food. Some very good pubs within a short distance. Cereal and a bottle of milk provided for breakfast. Very private. Lovely view from upstairs. Undisturbed by our hosts but had kind and helpful messages.

Sarah and Stefan's house in Pulborough is lovely. Had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and everything was great. It was spotlessly clean on arrival. Sarah and Stefan are really easy to communicate with and nothing was too much trouble. Would love to go back if ever in the area.

We had a lovely night staying in Nettle. Such a quiet and relaxing break. Su was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. The space was perfect for watching the wildlife and stargazing.

We had a fantastic stay! Jane was absolutely lovely, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The property itself was beautiful and well-maintained. The location was perfect for us as wedding guests attending an event at Two Woods Estate – just a short and convenient drive away. A special mention for the homemade brownies ( and the tea!) – they were delicious 😋

It was our second stay at Emma‘s beautiful ‘woolly hut’. As ever it was a peaceful sanctuary with the comfiest bed I have ever slept in, surrounded by beautiful gardens. The chocolate brownies were absolutely delicious and the breakfast that was left for us every morning. We did a beautiful walk over Bignor hill and around the arundel area . We loved it!

A modern shower area is featured with a glass enclosure and a sleek showerhead. Soft towels are hung on a polished rack, and a niche displays complimentary toiletries, enhancing convenience. The neutral tones of the walls contribute to a clean and airy look.
