"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. In the middle of the center of Wieck and yet quietly located on the wooded salt grass meadows, is our oasis of well-being with terrace, sunbathing lawn and outdoor sauna. The Fewo Boddenfrosch has all the amenities you need on holiday. A fireplace makes the stay a cozy experience, especially in autumn and winter. The bike paths to the beach (3km) and the Darßer jungle start right in front of the house.

Under our thatched roof you have the Bodden in view – the 70 sqm apartment is divided into two bedrooms and a very spacious living and dining area. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and cozy corner bathtub. In the living area with sofas and armchairs, the fireplace provides cozy warmth in stormy times. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to sociable cooking evenings.

PUR Ostsee

A little away from the town center, almost on the Darßwald, is the enchanting property with the cottage. The holiday home in Prerow does not reveal what is in it with its maritime romantic exterior view. The black wooden facade looks noble and is complemented by the Baltic Sea-typical roof shape.
