There is plenty of space here for a good price. It is 65 m², is in the old town of Barth, with a beautiful water view of the lagoon and the "Adlige Fräuleinstift" founded in 1733. It is in the best location, quiet (play street) and yet central, right by the park, only 2 min. Walking distance to the market and also to the harbor promenade.

You'll love my place because of the central location to the town center, the water (Bodden 200 m, Baltic Sea 5 km) , the beautiful bike routes through the Darßwald to the beach, the idyllic places on the Darß, such as Ahrenshoop, Prerow, Born, the wonderful restaurants all around and the tranquility afterwards - in the in-house garden with barbecue area. My place is nice for couples and families. It offers both the opportunity to completely relax, but also for many activities.

In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
