Bodden-Koje vacation home in Born a.d. Darß

Our 60 square meter apartment is located in a quiet and central location in Born a.d. Darß. In the immediate vicinity is a small idyllic harbor. Within walking distance you can reach a cafe with a small bakery (2 min) as well as several restaurants. Our apartment, which has two parking spaces, can be reached via a separate entrance. On the first floor, there is a living and dining area with an adjoining open kitchen as well as a daylight bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms.

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful place to stay. Due to the spacious property, the children have plenty of space to play. The Baltic Sea Cycle Route to the beach is only 100 meters away. It is only a few minutes by car or bike to the beach. Shopping (bakery, mini market, bike rental) in the village. Barth/Zingst with shopping facilities are easily accessible by bike/car. On site: Wi-Fi, playground table tennis, badminton, meadow for soccer or volleyball.

The location of the house is convincing with its fantastic view of Bodden and the adjacent small harbor. But the generous amenities with fireplace and sauna are also impressive. Vacation homes on the Baltic Sea are by no means only interesting in the warm season. "an de waterkant" proves that there are also enough reasons to take a break in the off-season

Our apartment (36 square meters) is suitable for a cozy Baltic Sea vacation, ideal for 2 people. A large balcony with an awning invites you to linger outside. Guest parking is available on the premises. Storage facilities for bicycles are also provided. The windows of the living room and bedroom are equipped with shutters and insect screens. No pets allowed in the apartment. In the high season, we usually only rent by the week.

On the ground floor there is the spacious living area with open fully equipped kitchen and conservatory. Here you can also access the spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs is the large bedroom with additional small toilet. The spacious balcony with its almost unique view over the Bodden invites you to relax.

The two-storey cottage is surrounded by a very large garden. With your own canoe or stand up paddle you can explore the surroundings. Of course, you can also fish at the jetty. Sun loungers, a BBQ are also available.

The Schiefe Kate is a completely new and lovingly restored small vacation home, which will be rented for the first time starting in summer 2020. The house is centrally located on a street in Wieck and is the ideal starting point for many beautiful tours. A car parking space is located next to the small property, which includes two terraces.
