We have 2 delightful, and newly-renovated double rooms plus shower room at semi-basement level. ‘Below Stairs’ has its own entrance so you have full privacy away from the busy family life going on upstairs! The accommodation is a perfect place to lay your head for a weekend, a work trip or accommodation around a wedding or event. There’s no kitchen although tea and coffee are provided and the nearby Caterham Cafe does a great breakfast! Costa, Cafe Nero and restaurants are also moments away.

Spacious and functional house for 2 adults and 4 children. the house is cozy and very well insulated. the heater works perfectly in the evening and the shower and toilet clean and spacious. The Kitchen: Everything is working properly. The garden is perfect for kids who can have fun safely. 1 bus stop right next to the House to go to central London or purley station really close by, allow 35/40 min from the house to London bridge. Thank you very much to Terry for his availability, kindness and he is very accommodating in terms of schedules.

Can highly recommend a stay at Roberta's lovely property, it has everything needed for a few days away. Peaceful with great views & garden to enjoy. The studio is beautifully done, with very comfy large bed & chairs for relaxing in. Bonus of proper large bath towels! The few breakfast bits, water & fresh milk were very welcome. Good instructions on how to use everything & helpful details on the area etc. Also had a cooling unit which was very needed in the warm weather, as whilst all the glass gives wonderful views, it is also makes it very warm. Got some wonderful strawberries for breakfast from the local run village shop. Did not need to ask Roberta for anything but felt from communication beforehand that nothing would have been too much trouble.

Amazing! Shaf's place is just as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. It had all the amenities we needed, as described in the listing. The place is in a perfect location, with easy access to public transportation, a nearby station, and walkability in all directions. There's enough space for two people to work from home comfortably without interruptions and a strong WiFi connection. We would definitely recommend this place, and stay here again ourselves. Thank you Sarah for hosting us in the grounds of your beautiful home. Our stay was everything we could have asked for and more. Check in was smooth, and you gave us such a warm welcome. It was wonderful to be able to make use of the pool, jacuzzi and sauna in the afternoon. An opportunity to really relax and switch off. Before dinner we enjoyed a gorgeous stroll in the countryside before settling down for dinner in your cosy home. The space was spotless, tastefully decorated and the bedrooms light, airy and comfortable. We would highly recommend your home to others and will most certainly be returning in the future.
