Vacation rentals with a fire pit in White Lake Township

We loved our stay here. The home is very tranquil and the views are beautiful. The home was very clean and the hosts have thoughtfully provided everything you may need. We hope to return one day!

We enjoyed our family time together sitting around the firepit, kayaking, and playing games around the dining room table. This is a great spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors, and on the chilly days we even enjoyed sitting next to the fire indoors. When one of the showers wasn't working properly Tim came to fix it within a few hours of us letting him know. Our family from the UAE and South Africa enjoyed the cottage experience.

Miriam’s place was wonderful. The 3 bedrooms were very comfortable. The layout was nice with the open kitchen, living room and dining room areas. And such a beautiful and peaceful view! We would definitely stay here again!

Definitely one of our best stays at an airbnb! We loved the hot tub and the converted garage space. Kayaking on the lake was the best part of our stay. The surrounding area is also super nice and lots to do! Would recommend to anyone!

This house was absolutely perfect for my husband, my dog, and me. The backyard was so big, well kept, and I sat out there every morning on the deck watching my pup run and play. We didn't get a chance to use the fire pit, but we did get to sit under the trees with my sister and enjoy the afternoon. Both sides of neighbors were friendly and quiet and because of the layout of the lawn, we could also set ourselves up for privacy.

We had a fantastic little getaway. Very quiet, beautiful neighborhood and the property is fantastic. The pool and hot tub really made our stay over the top. Joshua is a fantastic host and we had a wonderful time!

The place was perfect and very relaxing. Enough space for our big family plus grandma and grandpa. We all had fun fishing from the dock and playing on the kayaks. We even enjoyed a fire in the fire pit every night. Colleen was fabulous and made sure we had everything we needed!

We had a great time at the house, unfortunately could not enjoy the lake due to our schedule. Deana was a great host and left us everything to make smores (which was a hit for my kids). Would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Lisa was a wonderful host and even met us at the door when we arrived to make sure that we were settled in okay and knew how everything worked. She checked in throughout the stay just to make sure everything was okay which I appreciated. I would gladly stay here again as it was the perfect location for when we come to visit Lapeer. The place was very clean and lovely and the appliances were easy to use. Thanks again Lisa!

Nick is a great host. We had a crazy late check in, and he didn’t sign off until he knew we were squared away (2:00 am). The location is nice and close to everything you want to do in downtown, but kinda tucked away and quiet. We would definitely stay at Nick’s again.

Great spot.. small, quaint, peaceful.. little creek and patio.. Not a lot of room but everything that's needed for one and his pup.. A stones throw to a great main street and super restaurants ..

We had a pleasant stay, just a couple small quirks to the place we didn't anticipate, maybe I didn't read the listing close enough, but host was responsive and friendly. Perks were it's a spacious stay and has a comfortable bed. TV and fireplace are nice. Quirks are is a first floor apartment complex with a tenant above and there were banging noises above that kept waking us up. Host responded they'd ask the neighbor to keep down the noise, a great option, however the noise kept happening seemingly every time we tried to sleep. Bath towels are located under the bed in a plastic drawer, which isn't correct from the description given "in dresser" and there were no towels in the bathroom initially, which really confused us. The shower is well water based and has a horrible odor, not much the host can do about this but it made showering quite uncomfortable. I still rated 5 stars due to these being minor quirks, overall the stay was peaceful.

We had a great stay at Annie's. She was a very kind and attentive host. We would definitely stay there again. If you are a U of M fan, you couldn't ask for a more convenient walk to the Big House, yet on a quiet street, out of the way. Close to many activities and restaurants. Comfortable beds! (Which made a huge difference after many travel delays.)

Kendra is very nice. My family stayed here for ten days. The room was as described in the photo. It was well furnished with a beautiful garden to sit in and watch the squirrels run around. The location is close a lake and there is a Kroger in five minutes drive.Kendra was very helpful with our living needs. We enjoyed our stay, I would definitely recommend her house and would choose this house again next time.

The place was fantastic. Her directions with pictures made it really easy to find. Check-in was super easy. The place was extremely clean and well stocked. And very quiet. She was extremely responsive. Check out was a breeze. Didn’t make the guest do tons of cleaning. Can’t wait to stay there again soon. was absolutely perfect.

Karen was incredible. It was the perfect place to stay. She was beyond accommodating and it is an adorable room with kitchen and bathroom. She went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I highly recommend and will always stay here in the future!

My brothers and I with our significant others always get together for a weekend at the Renaissance Festival in Holly and this was literally the perfect cabin for us - close enough that we could go to and from if we needed a break during our long days at the Faire and peaceful enough at night to come back to and relax or play games like we love to do together. Plenty of space that we could all have beds and felt cozy. The lake is beautiful this time of year and even was warm enough that we could have swam after if we wanted or weren’t warn out from our long days. Parking was easy to figure out even with four vehicles. Host was responsive and super helpful and even allowed us to check in early when we realized that we would rather all drive in together last second. (Whoops! Poor planning on my part.) There was even provided water which was lovely as well, and a really nice touch when it comes to well water! Thank you so much and we will be back!

This is our second time staying here and I think it is not our last. Somehow, it feels like we are coming home! It is so comfy and cozy. Everyone from our 3-month-old to my parents in their late 70s was pleased. There is so much to do...or NOT do if that is what you like! You will not regret this booking!!!

beautiful place. great host would definitely come again

This was such a special stay and I can't say enough positive things about Jerald's boathouse on the canal. I only had one night there and hated to leave. The photos don't do the space justice, with so many thoughtful touches, tremendous design, and deliciously comfortable furniture. I arrived to a family of geese with little geeselings swimming by and woke up to the sunrise over the water. I loved the quiet community of the canal, with a few boats quietly cruising by, and just wish I'd had time to take the canals out for a treat. Jerald was so helpful with check in and local recommendations. I loved everything about this beautiful little retreat!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was as described and very comfortable. There was a beautiful sunrise in the morning and the location was perfect for the viewing. Would definitely stay again in the future.

I must say I didn’t get to stay the full time I intended due to a small mishap on my end and when I say Brady was so nice and helpful and fully understanding even refunded me because I couldn’t stay (once again for something on my end) this really restored my hope in humanity! Very professional, kind and easy to communicate with. Would literally respond in seconds when I messaged! I’m Definitely going to book in the summer sometime.

The place looks just like the pictures, was very clean, and stocked well with things you'll need during your stay. I highly recommended this place for anyone in need of a peaceful, cozy getaway right in the middle of nature! Would definitely stay again in the future 🌿
