Stony Lane Fishing Cabin

We had a mishap when we checked in, however, Mikayla was super responsive and resolved the issue quickly. She was so apologetic and sweet even while faced with a family emergency out of town. The cabin was cute and cozy. We're talking about going back in the fall. Thanks for being a great host, Mikayla!!

The place was exactly as described. It was well suited for what I needed. It was thoroughly enjoyable and it also had a lot of different amenities that were not listed so everything was great.

The Overlook

This is one of the best hosts I've worked with. Very responsive and accommodating. The house was lovely and quite clean and fresh with a truly beautiful view. There is carpeting in the bathroom and kitchen, which I think is a choice that can make for some cleaning challenges, but everything looked great to me. I'd love to go back in the colder months to make use of the lovely wood stove.

5 Stars – Highly Recommended! We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Wheatland, MO. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is perfect—close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The price was very fair, especially considering the quality of the space. Tim and Jen are wonderful hosts—friendly, welcoming, and responsive. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The Hideaway

SarahRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The cabin was clean and welcoming. I immediately loved it and felt right at home. We enjoyed the porch. The front porch has a nice porch swing and table to enjoy a meal or morning coffee. The back has a cute fire pit and chairs. Nice smart tv with all the channels and streaming services. Furniture was comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked and they left us a couple snacks which was a very nice touch. Even some bottled water in the fridge which was nice. Supplied soaps and shampoo in the shower with nice shower head. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the pillows to higher quality and maybe the sheets also. Overall not much else to improve on. We drove into Buffalo creek area and explored some areas of the creek. There are some really good places to eat for such a small area. Estes drive in had an exceptional hamburger and ice cream. Maces inn had a good meal. Mozarka coffee shop is excellent and also had food items. We explored nearby Cole Camp also. Perfect for a weekend away.
A serene view of a boat ramp is captured, with gentle water lapping against the rocky shoreline. Green trees frame the scene, and the sky is clear with a few clouds. The ramp leads down to the water, providing easy access for boating.
