Pierre is a great host and always immediately available and there for all matters. The property and location are just beautiful, we fell in love immediately. Those who want peace and quiet and yet a great standard and want to enjoy nature will feel very comfortable here. We'll be back!

We were really delighted by the beautiful cottage in the middle of the forest. Cute, cozy cottage with great kitchen equipment and sooo comfortable beds. The highlight was the all-round forest view, even the sauna cottage overlooking the forest. Was really a very pleasant to communicate with Desiree, she responds quickly and also conveys that inquiries are ok at all times. For those who want to unplug a little, a dream place.

everything was perfect 👌 the accommodation is well located and well equipped. Rose and her husband are very responsive. we had a great time with family ☺️

The chalet was very well equipped with dishes, cutlery, heating and hot water. A cute little cabin, perfect for feeling right at home if you like small spaces and privacy. Check-in was very easy, I just had to pick up the key at the neighboring restaurant. Despite everything, there were a few negative points: - little to no mobile phone network - very little Wi-Fi reception - little shopping nearby - Restaurant has slightly increased prices for some small portions - relatively few things to do - Check out was a little unclear Positive: - Restaurant staff very friendly and the food tastes very fresh and good. (Recommendation: Cordon Bleu) - no disturbances and quiet environment - beautiful hiking trails Overall, it was a very pleasant and quiet weekend with the three of us (2 adults and 1 dog), a lot of relaxation and great time together. We would gladly come back.

Very beautiful and large chalet. The cottage heats up very quickly thanks to the chimney and the wood stove set up also participates. The gas is not working but there is an induction plate. The wood oven set up early will delight you The terrace has a gate that can close. The cottage is very well insulated from the outside. The dorm is atypical, the mattresses are comfortable no back pain felt after 3 nights pass The ruins of Schenkenburg are a 30 minute walk from the cottage I recommend doing them it's beautiful

We had a wonderful stay at the Elsbeere house! The place was clean, comfortably furnished and well equipped. The location is extremely quiet and idyllic, perfect for relaxing. The contact with the hostess was also straightforward and helpful. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

We stayed in the cottage for the second time, this time with six of us and felt very comfortable. Lots of hiking routes from the cottage. Cabin also accessible by public transport, but difficult because of shopping, etc. Until next time, thank you! :)

We had a great time at the mill shelter. The location is superb, quiet, full of charm and poetry. Jeanne and Paul are lovely, discreet, considerate, really nice hosts. We'll be back.

Truly atypical and welcoming accommodation, in the heart of nature, quiet. As described. Extremely clean accommodation, bed and bath linen provided. No wifi as shown on the listing. The only downside: the shower curtain, not ideal with a small shower.
